I thought I wanted HP but my surgeon pulled the chart out and explained that’s not what I needed. We went with full profile from allergan and I looove them!!! 385cc.
Thankyou so much I’m 12 days post BA surgery and I really need to hear this, reassuring and informative video. I was on my way to see the nurse for my week one post surgery stitches check when unfortunately my chest was crushed at the ticket barrier on the London Underground ( tube station). My chest felt sore, luckily there was no bruising/ additional swelling/ hardness/pain etc. The nurse reassured me my breasts looked and felt ok and to return the next day if there was any concerns. A week later all is well, but I can’t help worrying about the long term ramifications should I be worried? I go for my 6 week post surgery check with my surgeon in 4 weeks time. Worried I might have damaged my healing process or dislodged my implant on the right side where the trauma happened.
Thankyou so much I’m 12 days post BA surgery and I really need to hear this, reassuring and informative video.
I just had a breast lift and tummy tuck 12 days ago and the breast lift didn’t really hurt and starting tomorrow I start my scar tape phase. The tummy tuck hurt for like a week. I get my final drain out tomorrow and my belly button stitches removed. If you’re thinking about it go for it. Get the mesh bra put in and buy yourself good compression garments (Colombian faja)
just got my boob's done over Been worried cause hoe high swallon they are . thanks for this video
When you get a Mastoplexy can you get a internal bra at the same time?
I have had my augmentation done 9 days ago I love it and the way it’s settling and looks the numbing sensations and weird feelings are concerning.
I’m glad that my surgeon suggested to wear my faja at least 6 months up to one year, so my skin would not sag 🎉👏🏻
How come no one say anything about lymphatic drainage, this should be done at least 7 days or so to avoid scar tissue and will help with tightening the skin. See a good aesthetician/or place that offer lymphatic drainage to get your best results.
I had lipo on stomach and then after some weight gain it all went like a patch on my upper glutes and upper back. My figure has totally changed! Even my inner thighs increased in size but that stomach is super flat lol! Guess I’m going in for some cryo txs. Lipo was done with a surgical incision correction from a previous surgery and I found it very painful! I have a high pain tolerance but wow! I will never have lipo again. I’d rather diet and workout than experience that kind of pain. Thank goodness there was no infection!
I was a small B and I went for a LP 260 and I love them 😍
I want the high profile ones 🫶🏾
Ugh they never talk about above the muscle 🥴😑🫠🫠🫠🫠
I want someone ANYONE to cover what happens with all this scabbing! I’m 26 days recovering and slathering on layers of silver sulfa cream Still bleeding. Very scary. Not as simple as you all are making out
My surgery is tomorrow and I needed this. Thank you!!!
I have PCOS belly and liposuction is definitely happening in January for my body.
So excited for you! Keep us posted with your results 🫶🏽
I am 6 days post-op and having serious regrets about the entire procedure, so I'm finding myself down the internet rabbit hole finding other women in my position and trying to see if my feelings are normal or not, and seeing what can be done. I went in only to have labia minora reduction, and he told me I needed my hood lifted and labia majora reduced as well. Although these didn't bother me, I agreed to all 3 procedures, as I trusted he was an expert. When the surgery was complete, I was horrified. My sutures were not approximated properly, and he took so much of my labia majora off, that it sits completely flat and now they are separated, while before they used to touch, which is more ideal. It is swollen now, but immediately post op it wasn't swollen and I hated how it turned out. Can someone please tell me what can be done about this? I am absolutely horrified and wish this was a nightmare I can wake up from.
I have high profile they look good standing , but they look far apart when I lay down or lift my arms and I want more side boob. So would moderate be good for that ? Or keep high profile and get a bigger cc?
Everything iv watched which is a lot says opposite to you. Due to the amount of fluid straight after op to use compression but not as high as stage 2 which is the sculpting months. Confused
We recommend compression as we talked about in this episode. The nuances of that compression can vary based on surgeon's preference.
Hi. Thank you two for your content. I have a question about animation deformity. Can this prevent it or help keep them from spreading apart from using your chest muscles? I don't work out my pectorals but I use my arm muscles a lot at work and I'm going under the muscle with a high-profile so I'm a little worried being that I work full time. I can feel my peck muscles tightening a lot when I work now being more aware of what can happen.
Yes this is something we use to prevent or treat animation deformity! Talk to your surgeon about your options and good luck to you!
I had my breast lift surgery on A Saturday afternoon and I went to mass Sunday night. I feel very little pain
Can this be done as a surgery in itself for support ?
We typically would want to add this if we are you doing a lift, reduction, or placing implants. If you are already happy with the shape and size of your breasts, it's not needed! :)
God, this is so vague and useless. What are the issues you mention we dont want to see? What are the risks? Just listen to your body? That's the best advice two Board certified plastic surgeons can give?!
I had surgery in Dominican Republic when am I no longer at risk for infection I’m so itchy in this faja I’m almost 2 months post op
I LOVE the info! Thanks so much!
It is 4 months and my belly is still the same no difference from day one
You can still see changes for up to 6 months and a year- healing is such a different process for everyone. Please check in with your surgeon to discuss your results.
I hate it 2 months in, I want to give up already
Me too 2 months I’m so itchy
@@BellaBella-f1sHang in there ladies👍
same😭😭😭the itchiness i can't😭😭😭
@FallenY-y4l I'm going into my 3rd week post OP on an about ab lipo and skin removal. YES THE ITCHING IS HORRENDOUS but the massages help a great amount. The skin is healing and gentle massages helps. I actually use a wooden rolling pin to massage the itchy areas. Hope that helps. Stay positive 😊
@@BellaBella-f1s messaging the area helps a great deal.
What do you recommend for women that have had a mastectomy?
Have either of you had breast implants as you were explaining the pain level? As you hear so many sides on this
I LOVE watching you ladies. So awesome and informational!
Thank you so much!!
You did not answer the question
What about running. Every video talks about lifting. I’m a runner, I have races all the time. And I average about 50-70 miles a week. Can I get back to 20 mile long runs on Sundays after 4-6 weeks?
Why is the audio not working?
Getting my galaflex in 3 weeks!!! So excited. I’m 1 year post augmentation with lift and the sag is rearing its ugly head again. Had to do something. So glad this is available. 22 months of breast feeding and then weight loss from 7 years+ and ongoing spin class (cardio), definitely changes the boobies.
Best of luck to you for a beautiful result and recovery!
This is amazing! I've seen most of the videos. What do you guys offer in regard to scarring? Do you refer out for scarring?
Scarring is typically very minimal after this surgery. Your surgeon can guide you about how to care for your scar for the first year. If further treatments are needed, other interventions can help further improve the appearance.
What about first timers woo natural big breast who want the lift. Would the internal bra be better than traditional lift ? Slicing a piece of pizza out type of surgery
YES! The internal bra can be used to help support a primary breast lift or reduction and keep you perkier longer.
Great video! I had a consultation and my doctor said everything you said. ♥️
Sounds like you found a good surgeon!!
I’m 3 weeks out from a lift + implant and my scars are not even close to healed, but I’m already pleased with the improvement. I was borderline and did several consults where it wasn’t clear to do the lift of not so you can imagine I was nervous to go with all the scares when it wasn’t even obvious if I should do a lift. I choose to do it and I’m already glad.
So excited for you! Remember as scars heal they get more pink and read colored for about 3-5 months and then start to fade. Sunscreen protection and a silicone gel with scar massage are key to them fading away. You made the right decision!!
To be honest if you are watching this dont fall for this go to the gym save money n your mental health
Great advice -We always advocate going to the gym and being your healthiest self! Some problem areas are genetic and physiologically can only be addressed surgically however and patients have the choice to purse safe options to reach their goals.
One thing that too much compression can cause especially if it is too tight, is BACK PAIN! While you’re wearing compression you have support so you’re not using your core as much. I ended up in physical therapy because of the back pain.
Hi! Do you have any podcast on breast explant and lift at the same time? Thank you so much!
We can do that!
Can someone tell me where I can buy fajas in my size or do I get a smaller size? What is a board or form?
How about sensation- in/around nipples and sensation from underarm coming up to breast?
I’ve worked out but my stomach has stubborn fat and I can’t take that off
I had my BA yesterday and honestly i DO NOT love the way it looks, it looks crazy, huge, very swollen, but I know that its part of the process
Hey did you boobs drop and settle? How do you feel about them now? I just had this done and I’m not happy
me too its too big im 5’5 and they give 425cc its huge 😢 im so scared to go through this and go through this again im crying. How are you now?
Excellent information.I have done my lipo a week ago..and all your answers helped me
How are you feeling? Contemplating lipo but researching first.
Glad we could help!
Always important to do your research and see a board-certified plastic surgeon. We are always happy to see you as well if you are in the area :)
I just had a double mastectomy for breast cancer and had implants done at same time. I just wanted to be “me”. I had both nipples removed as I had Paget’s disease of left nipple. I am 9 days out from surgery. Pain has truly been minimal. Only take pain meds at night. I had 350cc implants under muscle. Went for check yesterday, all is great but he wants drains to stay a little longer so will recheck on Friday. I was able to wash my hair in sink by myself at day 6. I am doing great. Before surgery my natural breast size was equal to about 380-400 implant so I am very happy. The pain has been much less then other surgeries I have had.
I’m going in two weeks for a SMX and my nerves are shot! Your comment is calming though since yours went smoothly- I hope you are doing well!
Do you have nerve damage in your face? Previous bell's palsy?
how much does it cost ?
10k plus
I'm getting a lift with implants in March, it's costing me $10,400
How long after surgery do you allow your patients to start their weight loss meds again if they are on a maintenance dose?
That’s my question also
