I have scoliosis, I know the pain😔

I had severe scoliosis, in brace since I was 13 yo, 23 hours a day (but now only 12 hours/day and I'm using SpineCor). Some people are ignorant or just being troll. I used to upset about it, but now I tried to "educate" them with scoliosis fact. If they don't want to listen, just ignore it ;) I love my brace so much because it help me to improve my quality of life. 7 years with my brace this year! I hope all the best for you. Cheers :))

I have scoliosis too, it's a bit hard to wear, especially at school. But it's easy to get used to.

Thank you Krystle. Yes, it is hard to put brace on and off. I usually put a tight fit shirt and loser shirt over it. I do have help of my family to tighten straps on the brace. I wear it for about 8 hours sometimes less. Only time I don't wear it is to bed or to work. Thank you Krystle I will keep hanging in there. It gets harder and harder. I am not sure how long I have to wear he brace. I see an Orthopedic to see what needs to be done. My friends, family and work has been by my side and helping me out. I am very grateful and thankful for them. I am thankful to have met you on You tube. With your health hang in there too Krystle.
