Nice Video!
that apartment is soo cute! I would love to live there too!
If I buy an apartment in Japan I want it traditional
Do you have to buy washer, dryer?? Does A/C really work?? Awesome Apartment, specially for the price. We’re can I find 1 for ONLY $$400 per month?? Absolutely Outstanding From Start To Finish // Absolutely Loved It
To anyone serious about mastering Japanese, my strong recommendation would be to acquire as much Japanese words, phonetics, pitch accent, grammar, expressions, and KANJI while in your home country before you arrive in Japan. The speed of absorption once you arrive in language school in Japan would be so much faster, and your daily life would be so much easier whether visiting hospitals, shipping, renewing visa, or working part-time jobs. That said, it's not impossible to arrive in Japan without any Japanese skills. We've seen some Ukrainian refugees reach N3-level in just 2 years. Their level of determination to learn the language and survive/succeed is extremely strong.
Hi,I'm also from Ukraine and planning to go to Japan and study Japanese in language school. Can you recommend in which city i should looking for language school? Or maybe you can recommend certain language school? I would be very grateful for your answer!
Where u from originally,?
Hot
Even not working in Japan, I doubt software engineer can go home at 530
Heyy namesake I work in shinyokohama tho as a hardware engineer lol
That vest is super cute ✨✨
That’s so cute! I’m going to be staying in tokyo and will need to look for a gym too! I heard there’s a dress code there, is that true?
What do you mean working in Tokyo and finishing at 5:30 pm lol
How does everyone treat you while you're on the trains?
They have trains for women and I bet some passenger looking at her
Sometimes normal, sometimes no one wants to sit next to me on a packed train
Your voice is soothing😌
Thanks🤭
A japanese woman would never change in front of the camera.
Amazing place for the rent. Only con I can see is the bathroom setup. Congrats on the pad.
you should be ashamed of your self
Guys do you recommended any short rental apartments website for people with working holiday visa ? 😊
Did you just say 8400JPY (45GBP) approx for Gas and Electricity?!!! Come live in the UK. The Gas and Electricity bill alone is about a third of YOUR monthly expenses…
I guess it depends on income. That part isn't mentioned.
Who knows? I don’t know the current exchange rate.
Right lol
I guess it's a generation thing. I just can't past your tattoos. I do like your content though. Wishes for the best of success in all things
Thats not too bad, but in Scandinavia rn being a student can get housing expenses down to about the same, but with highet wages and plenty of benefits
I live in Sweden and I pay less than 400 a month in housing expenses. Granted, my appartement is probably way under norm as far as costs goes, but yeah.
I just found out I have Hashimoto disease today too wish you a speedy recovery
Thank you. You as well with your journey. You’re not alone!
In total, that's $703 American U.S. Dollars. I wish that was my living expenses int he U.S.!
Not all heroes wear capes ❤
What is pension in this context?
I watched short movie on Instagram and UA-cam ! now I can know why Ashiya san was started to learn Spanish.
At the price, this apartment seems like a very good deal. I’m surprised at something so affordable in Tokyo.
This must be one of the better desgined smaller appartments ive seen in tokyo!
Love the video. Are the prices for the entire apartment or are with roommates ?
That’s the price o rent for the entire apartment!
What exactly is the woman getting before going out drinking?
Who is that man? He's a nice tall cup of water and I'm kinda parched.
Shouldn't te owner have to fix the water heater for kitchen sink. Everything should work when you move in a new apartment.
That’s what I was thinking, especially something as important as hot water. Like my new apartment came furnished, and I don’t like the mattress, they are willing to replace it.
Agreed. Ask your real estate agent about that. You're responsible for appliances, aircon and furnishings--even light fixtures in some places, but basic utilities should be in working order.
just boil your water to wash dishes it's quick&simple
I'm whatever people of Thailand is called. Of course I can't speak Japanese... Even if I already studied it for 8 months and my purpose of being here is to study 1 subject(Japanese language).... And I failed
Hey there! This is ayan i had almost watch all of your videos😂 Im recently come to Japan for study can we meet up for some kind of interview
I moved here 8 months ago... amount of pp I have ever seen is incomprehensible to any foreigners. Society at it finest. Tbh try public bath.
the ending got me fr
Hello!! I have a question. The Japanese language school usually tell students to return within a month after graduation. My visa is however valid for another three months after graduation. So, my question is if I can stay until the visa expires? Or should I return to my country immediately?
Before you leave your school you have to declare to immigration in you’re leaving the country or not. You’re not really allowed in the country legally if you’re not in school or working (with work visa). So if you stay you must keep going to school or start full-time work soon.
What part of tokyo is this ?
What university do you go to?
I went to Temple University
Check craigslist for japan!!! You can rent a truck from the car rental places. Alot of folks give nice stuff for FREE!!! CHECK IT OUT!
400 for 2 rooms? sounds like a deal
how do i find such a thing?
@@ThisMusicIsToogood There's lots of those kinds of apartment in Japan. Especially if they're old like this one. Apparently, japanese like new apartments and old ones are much harder to rent.
I so appreciate your honest opinion. You are one of the very few people out there who talk frankly about their experience. It was very useful for me, thank you!
I appreciate that!
