Love learning this valuable information
I had read that mustard greens could be used for phytoremediation of lead, but I noticed it wasn't mentioned in the section about lead. Have I been misled by other sources?
Not necessarily. This presentation was all about Native Plants to the Ozarks and mustards greens are a non native vegetable.
Thank you for posting. I've been researching ways to improve a small patch of soil along my alley. I just knew there had to be something I could plant to clean the motor oil previous owners dumped. THANK YOU!!
Thank you for this wonderful information! I am beginning my native plant adventure.
Love this so much. Thank you!!!
Such an incredible resource! I feel so lucky to have found this thorough discussion of native companion flowering plants. Thank you so much for sharing this presentation with the public! I can’t wait to get started planting!
Wow, all those plants that are accumulators for different metals and petro chems and other stuff !! Maybe wont use some for teas anymore (depending where harvest.
Computer Scientist here... I thoroughly enjoyed this presentation. You have opened my eyes.
Hello - really nice information. Would you consider zooming into the presenter's slides? This would make it nicer for viewers to watch. Thank you.
Thanks❤
Love the passion!
My favorite part is "Heavy Metal Rockstars"
This is great information!
What flowers do black soldier flies visit? Another beneficial insect, specifically for outcompeting with house flies in compost.
Glad there are groups educating the public on this. As someone who’s childhood home was flooded because of the expansion in NWA I wish more people knew about this
Yes, thanks you for recording..Good to see Dave and Carter..
Thank you so much for doing this! I am trying to transition an 800 acre property in Eureka Springs, to be a Nature Preserve. Eventually a native plants botanical park, I hope. Hoping to learn all I can on UA-cam to save me learning lessons “the hard way.” Your talks and UA-cam videos have been a huge resource. So grateful!
Glad you found it helpful! Check out our website for more info, and send us an email if you want to connect. There are a lot of programs on native plants happening in Eureka Springs lately. Joining Wild Ones will also keep you in the loop on all our webinars and programs. Website is ozark.wildones.org.
I love that. How is it going so far?
Thanks so much for recording this for folks who couldn't travel to NW AR! Much appreciated, great presentation!
19:15 do you know of any city/town that has in their codes/ordinances that the city/town can inspect a property's stormwater management? thank you.
