Eahora Romeo Pro 2 issue s right out of box , both motors and controllers not working, unacceptable customer service, brand new bike they are not wanting to return, they want to send all these parts for me or bike shop to repair, unacceptable I’m not taking a new bike apart or bringing to a bike shop they need to return and refund, it’s a brand new bike , 3 weeks so far and nothing yet

Chinese Junk Product Scammers That sound i am hearing is the seized planetary gear clutch and the error code is a fried controller The company advertises a 2 years full coverage warranty so there should not be ANYTHING to replace in this time of only two months The electric motors are slapped together without any technical specifications including that the motor magnets are not epoxy into the hub wall copper winding are all over the place inside the hubs Reading this reply posted here from the so called Fake eAhora staff is an influencer an nothing will be replaced and or supported all the parts are from china an the staff do not exist in the USA. eAhora have this reseller program which people are in the pyramid for drop ship supply selling Thank you for sharing Lesson learned to everyone Always purchase locally in a brick and motor store locations for refund and support for your electric vehicles
Just got mine yesterday and the front motor doesn’t work on mine right out of the box. Any luck with Amazon???
@@mikelauri6279 Amazon sucks to you have no choice but to deal with EAHORA , when I bought mine there was amazon a-z guarantee probably 30 calls they did nothing except say don’t worry your covered but at the end bc they said it’s 3rd party item need to deal with EAHORA, meanwhile a-z guarantee is to protect us from 3rd party and they didn’t honor it and denied claim, most likely if it more then 2 weeks they going to make you keep it and fix it good luck man , 3-4 months been stressed with this also

@@mikelauri6279 yes and EAHORA sent them signed fed ex receipt and told them bike was delivered good so I gave up bc credit card sent me a check and then recharged back after that , so I just had enough the credit card will take months bc then they going to fight for you and your in middle sending info back and forth all stuff they asking for , I was stressed out and frustrated I work like 60-70 hours a week I just wasn’t able to deal with this

Maaan i though this would be the perfect bike but like , I'm seeing many people complaining about this brand and customer service. But no other bike is anywhere near this one in terms of speed . By this price of course. I've been looking at the Niereeka Mega wich is like 1k more expensive but delivery time is outrageous 3 months or more. And its slower
@@blakstar600 mine was defective at 40 miles and they are still saying they need new control for it and not available yet so been over 2 months trying to return this , mine need to change both motors and controller and I refuse to pay out of pocket for a shop to fix so I got a broken bike EAHORA forcing to keep knowing they are selling defective product with the bike , they are the worst company look for something else unless you want headache and stress
Also some people did repair and didn’t solve problem look online
no problems with the bike I purchased . A great investment and drives and handles perfect.

3 months dealing with EAHORA, still nothing saying controller be end of August till then I have no working bike also won’t send shipping labels for return threatening with depreciation fee, not accepting return even after they say they will so u could ship back but no receive refund scum company
You are right we ordered the parts and tools they told us to and the bike still didn't get fixed. now we have waisted days worth of time plus almost $300 extra to fix the bike still didn't work.
Try this. #1 REMOVE BATTERY. press power button until monitor screen turns on then turns off. #2 Turn bike upside down. Losen nuts on left right sides of both wheels then you need a torque wrench for this. #3 Torque all 4 axle nuts to 30 foot pounds exactly for all 4 nuts front and back wheels. flip bike upright and install battery. Do a factory reset and try the bike out. Make sure you have pedal assist on 1 thru 5 in your video it was on 0. When the bike is upside down make sure the wheels spin freely. Also turn the read out screen {monitor} so it won't get damaged when you flip the bike upside. I had the 08 error code and this worked for me.
Is it still good or did it show it again? I know your post is only two days. Cuz if soo I’m gonna try that out. I just got the same and it’s the second time I ride it

Thank you very much for your generous answer. I am a staff member of eAhroa. I gave your suggestion to our technician for judgment. He suggested not to do it this way. The 08 error is related to the controller. If all the wiring is intact, replacing the controller can solve the problem. If any customer encounters problems during riding, please contact the seller, they will provide you with a more suitable solution. Maybe my comment will be deleted, but if you see it, I hope you can help explain it in the comment section.
I emailed them and asked what the problem was with these bikes and they said the controller needs to be fixed/upgraded
lol yet theyve been telling us there is no issue with the bikes. eahora's owner/management are straight up frauds.
with any e bike your going to have problems look up what the error code means and just fix it could be real simple as a loose cable or wire
@@martyputnam2211 it’s not rear and front motor and controller need to be swapped out eahora said , it’s not easy to do and at 40 miles I want exchange or return, if it was 6 months 500 miles I would not have been so mad , but I got stuck with a bike that don’t work and back and forth with eahora don’t want to deal with that

@@FrancescoPugliese-tb4nf damn it's such a good looking bike I got a motor goat... That company has been fantastic not that I've had any issues but in the forums people say that there talking care of all issues when they arise

Eahora is known for horrible after sales service, and a lot of their bikes come defective straight out of box, or has issues later down the line. There are not many, but a few effective videos showcasing your exact issues either straight out of the box or some time later. Eahora does not comply even with their own policies, and bear in mind that unfortunately you are very likely to not get any progress with them. Wish you the best of luck!

same here. eahora refused to refund/exchange until we posted negative vid's online. we even tried their repair they told us to do and that didnt work.

You would think they would do right thing and send a new bike since it’s was obviously defective and treat customers right , they not going far with doing this they getting bad reputation

Bafang motor kit... Has excellent quality and rode a winter and summer I'm Tucson heat with a 750w mid-mount on a cannondale road bicycle. With the motor, battery and bicycle it weighted in at 42lbs. Unfortunately the battery went bad on me. It's been almost a year since the battery issue but haven't gotten a new one yet because of how much my leg muscles had atrophied!!! Really, it was almost frightening how hard it was to pedal a 20lb bike so I stayed with the non-motorized bike for almost a year.

My bike is aniioki pro max 8 too trash. aniioki is very low quality trash bike. aniioki customer service is very disgusting and fraudulent company. Please never buy the trash bike aniioki

I was going to buy Eahora. But, just about every other video, blog, says they are garbage, if something is broke when you receive it you can’t get in touch with Eahora to fix the issue and cost for a “ iffy” product is not worth trying. I now will buy the Aniioke
