One head bolt out of the 15 was broken off.. Finally used a thin hacksaw blade to cut it in two, and remove the head.

Many years back i done odd jobs for a guy ran a small garage he had made one but had a much larger diamater near the thickest part & used a wrecked studebaker with half the fender cut out & man it was fun if he put it in high gear was a 3 speed & ay idle it rip stuff apart & once had a hard oak that didn't split it raised the car ip & kept spinning ! So, like i said, its dangerous... ha Dont try this at home... get a hydraulic splitter :) I was just knocking the rust off of it. Hadnt used it in many years.. sorry, no video of making it.. I bought the hollow cyl on ebay, then got some body washers with a .250" hole in the middle, machined them down to fit the ID of the cyl.. i spaced them out with 3/4" pcs of thin wall pvc pipe, and 1 1.5" pc of pvc at the inlet.. i cut a standard 1/2"-28 tpi thread to fit the threaded muzzle. It cost about $50 to make, and $200 to the ATF & 8 months to get the stamp. Thanks for asking.
