Hey, how long it takes to get all air out of this bucket, using your vacum chamber? And another question, after you used vacum chamber, and when you pour epoxy to the forms in the way you are doing it, i mean fast and a lot at one time, does it get more air to epoxy?
you should suggest those two mods to jessem, i'm sure they would be very receptive. i'm building a new router table using jessem parts including that lift and motor. i have a shop built sled for flattening, the jessem bits would be huge improvement to it too i visited jessem in new brunswick canada last month, awesome place
thanks man! i've been scratching my head on how to mount a spindle on my TOT sled and this looks way more doable than manufacturing my own plates and linear rails.
Pretty hard on your tools!
For sure!
woah amazing storage setup
Thanks! Took a long time to get to this point to be sure!
What kind of bit are you using on the router?
The Amana RC-2263
What needle are you using in your sprayer? I have the same gun and am about to spray some cabinets for my house
The #3
@@robertrusselldesigns thanks!
Even after you vac the resin, you pour and still introduced more bubbles. Are you able to get rid of those after you pour?
The rest of the bubbles leave as it cures. It’s the small ones that show up after mixing that create problems. Not so much the large ones due to the pouring.
What were the legs called on the website?
It’s a spider base from www.econtablelegs.com
apron looks nice. good work on the kitchen too!
Thanks!
How long is the cable?
I think the power cable is 5 feet.
super cool!! i really like the blue you chose to use :D
Thank you! Cheers!
How did u film with a potato? Amazing
It’s definitely because I love French fries.
Hope you triple checked for trapped moisture
Ah for sure. My sawyer is top tier so no worries on moister for this maker.
Wow 🎇🤩
Love the build! Personally, I enjoy the surprise of seeing the final product at the end. Maybe a quick intro about the project before the reveal, with a heads-up for those who want to avoid spoilers? Either way, amazing craftsmanship throughout!
Great suggestion. I’ll try to work something into my next video. Maybe I wash the areas with the finished table in it at the beginning and in the thumbnail. I’ll give it a go. Thanks.
Beautifully done! What camera do you use? Interesting angle makes me feel like I’m in the shop too. I like it.
Thanks. Trying something new for sure.
It’s actually my iPhone on a mount that fits around my neck. Lol
wait omg .. that table top is like identical to the one in my scout masters office
Ha. Nice!
Lol
Dang, is that around 120 lbs of epoxy?
Nah but close. However, it is how I get my super dad bod.
Bussin
Bussin and big chillin’
So fresh- so clean
Oh yeah!
Just a splash of glitter
Just a splash.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks “JackHamilton” if that’s even your real name.
Hi Bob
@JackHamilton-vh3uo hey yo!
Love the table. My favorite thing to listen to while sanding is a documentary on how not to sand off your fingers
Prob a good thing! lol. Never will I forget your efforts on the disc sander.
Can you please share how did you do the legs of the table??
I made the top first then I had my welder make them. www.econtablelegs.com
Wheres the end result??
I know right?! In a couple of days I’ll post the full length video. Complete with final images of the piece. Stay tuned!
Nice effort pal I would like to purchise the plane of this table if possible. Good luk
Please message me at rob@robertrusselldesigns.com and we can talk details.
Looks great. Love the voice overs! not crazy about the "Pew!" lol but to each their own.
Fair enough! Would “Check Tuesday, Special Teams, Special Players…” be better? Ahahahahahahhah
Very nice job!
Such kind words. Thanks so much!
It truly is beautiful! I love the blonde in the walnut creating that unique contrast! This will definitely be an heirloom piece in my family for hopefully generations to come:) thank you for getting my idea out of my head, on to paper, and then bringing it to life!
Such an amazing build to be sure!!!
Stunning!
Wow so kind friend!
Great video! Never change!
Well aren’t you just super kind. Thanks for the comment and watching the video!
That "boo" thing... don't do that.
Thanks for the feedback on that!
Nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
Nice! Can u please recommend a good vacuum chamber brand?
I have a best value vac system. It works well. They spoke with me on the phone through using it too. I haven’t used anything else.
Do you rate the powr tek motor still ?
I love it. I’m not afraid to run it all day long. It never appears to over head. Absolutely, a solid piece of equipment. Oh the lift is top notch too. I haven’t need to adjust anything yet and I run the set up for about 8 hours every week. I think that’s a win.
Superb. Is this running on 120v or 230v ?
120V can it be converted to 220v? If so that would be legit!
I’m in the UK, so we get the 220/240v versions. I’m just looking at this motor as an option, but it’ll be in a router table.
This was a cool edit
Thanks CapCut. lol
Looking to try that on a greenhouse frame. What's faster? This or coat of stain? Thx
What’s a greenhouse frame? Which coat? Idk. I prefer Rustic Lumber co furniture oil for most things. Flood coats are super tough!
nice
Love the feedback my friend!
Cool table
Thanks Johnny!
I am asking for help, a father with heart failure, a heart transplant operation, a donation account of 5000USD /iban- BG81UNCR70001598080984/ Not everything is money rich to poor don't believe
Lol love he is more excited about the car than table lol like me hahahahah I'm gonna try making it wish me luck
lol. Thanks. It was so amazing to build!
Awesome to watch. Love the natural finish.
Thanks so much. That bed is amazing just like the kitchen your redid over here. :)
booh
Ah that’s a double booh to you mister.
I think if I spent $3k on this dust processor the first thing I would do is put a cyclone type separator before it enters so I don't send something through the impeller that could do a lot of damage.
I wonder how much testing they did with the impeller? Know if any testing they did with that?
@@robertrusselldesigns I'm sure they did plenty, Harvey is a great quality focused company. It's just that everything that gets sucked into the machine goes through the impeller before it gets to the separators. I'm no engineer or dust expert but I think they built it backwards, and therefore needs a separator before it enters the machine. I use my dust collector to clean up my messes in the shop and one day I'm sure a screw or nut or whatever will go flying through that impeller. I was just saying I would protect my $3k investment.
@@markmurphy8066 I was thinking about adding a separator but then I read these reduce the airflow significantly. From what I've seen, the 6" Grizzly metal separator needs modifications to stop leaks and people generally don't like them. The Oneida XL 6" is really flimsy for $240. I can't find another reasonably priced 6" separator. For the time being, I'll stay put on my G700 setup unless I find a better solution. It gets frustrating when needing to dump the bins after planing only a few boards. Otherwise I like my G700.
Класс!
Than you!
Hi 😁😁😁🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘
JACK!!!!!!!!
Maybe just choose more significant parts of the build and show them for longer. You obviously have talent man.
Thanks for the feedback. I’ll certainly do that on the next full build in 60 seconds short I post. I’ll be publishing a full build long form video shortly. Prob by Tuesday.
Did you catch the epoxy spill I had?
Slower dude !!!
So a little too fast eh? Doesn’t everyone work that fast. A full build video should get released in a couple of days. lol.
How about the spot where the epoxy poured all over my studio floor!
Hey man, love the tables! They look awesome🎉
Well you certainly are kind!
