Beautiful car. I have never seen a 57 Dodge that has a power brake booster and a 325 polyspher motor with a 2 barrel carburetor. I have a 57 Dodge custom royal 325 4 barrel . Every 325 that I have seen all had 4 barrel carburetors .

Wow! Beautiful! 😍 One of my dream cars with its rear cat eyes, fluttering fins, bubble top, and serious face! 😂 I bet the designers were inspired by women when they created this beauty! Long, wide, slender, and flowing like a woman's scoop neck, 3/4 sleeve, tea length, tulle dress, and high heels! It also epitomizes the transition from the showy 50's to the understated 60's. Love the silvery light blue color which is perfect for cooling off in the summer cause it reflects sun glare! Thanks much for making my day after the 4th of July!🎉🎇🗽🎇🎉

It was. I built this exact same looking car with an iron block 427 on KMC wheels in 2005 and a white and blue interior. Sold it in 2007. Built a pro street 1957 Coronet sedanette pro street.

The Hemisphere engine would have a better match for the Plymouth Belvedere if it came from the factory that way in the 60’s

My best friend back then had one of these, he sent the engine all the way to Keith Black Racing in California and had it worked up. Thing was a beast. Then one night he street raced a Chevelle out at Pitt Meadows, beat it but the dude lost control and crashed into the Belvedere sadly destroying it. My pal was barely hurt the only good thing I guess.

We had two 1978 Chevettes, Dad bought new. Both were white. One had this classic red plaid interior and the other had brown plaid interior. It was the car I learned to drive on and later took to college. I recall telling all my friends in high school that I drove a Vette. I wasn't lying. 🤣 I tried adding cool factor to it by adding chrome exhaust extensions and mudflaps. That did not help, but it was cooler than riding a bike. Haven't seen one on the road in decades. This video is a real piece of nostalgia for me.

I hope a 78 I'm currently restoring, needs a new engine, body is in almost perfect condition and interior as well
