Hello! I teach Dance Fitness classes ("Dance Jam") at Life Time Fitness in Arizona! I have recently (finally) gotten inspired to share choreography or simply dance videos from my class. I also teach strength training classes as well, and those videos may be uploaded from time to time.

FYI: The chorus part to this Choreography (the reach hand overhead and hand circles) was something I got from the one and only Fitness Marshall! He had a story post asking everyone if they liked this particular choreography OR a different option. Ultimately, this option was scrapped, as he chose the other option for his final choreography. I was surprised, because I loved this one so much. So I thought it would be super fun to take his "scrapped" idea and make it a reality. Thank you Caleb/Fitness Marshall. You're amazing. Hopefully this is flattery rather than otherwise =) I'm not sure you'll ever see/read this. Hopefully so!
