Can i change the groups in tounament mode?

When i played this patch in 2021, there was a seperate section of club squads of 5 years, and it had all big clubs in it. For example in 2000s, AC milan had 2000-05 and 05-10 squads. but now in 2024 when i redownloaded it, i can't find it. Have you changed it or was that a different mod? Also i found a seperate video where this mod had teams from 2010-2020. Is that a different mod as well?

I would like to kindly ask you about a problem. I have downloaded the patches for FIFA 14. I have installed everything. There are the stadiums, the symbols and the teams. The only problem is not the team shirts but green and blue rectangles and some headless players in the teams. How can I solve the problem? problem thanks
