nice video & nice catch & where i live in virginia we get about 40 trains between frieght and passenger above dc we see about 100 train a day going between dc and boston and almost all of the drivers i know they send me messages and say im on train number so and so today and then ill respond by saying cool ill try and come and if i do they always blow the horns for me and wave for passenger trains near me which is amtrak the northeast regional is near me which is most of the trains out of my area 3 tracks all the way down to richmond virginia speed limit between town of fredericksburg south is 50 mph for amtrak which is fast for lines in my area one of my friends wa driving a northeast regional today filling in for another driver thats out and he opend the door and said ill give you some horn action today in the mornigs for the north bound and south bound runs after they get to there destination they get lined up to go back the way they came but it always fun filimg amtrak reacently we had someone that left amtrak but hired someone new from the subway and hes almost done with engineer training and hes out of the richmond yard
