Try polishing it that should make it smoother.

Simply push out the pivot pin and it opens enough to drop the mag

You can try using a small flat head all you have to do is while pulling the hell fighter pin try and getting the flat head between the small silver pin and just push it back you have to go far enough where you can get the hell fighter pin back on its track its like if you were going to have the hell fighter push the flat head to take its place kinda thig if that makes sense it kinda hard at first but you get the hang of it of course be careful I don't know how strong the pin is so try being careful I was putting a little bit of force but made sure not to over do it hope this helps any one

That's why the AR Maglock Kingpin is much better! The detent is much larger and more forgiving (allowing you to move the pin back into the slot with a fingernail or flathead).
Any issues after u sanded it down? Is it still working for you?
just grind little by litte as much as you can press the magazine release button after separating upper and lower with juggernaut

I have this setup on my rifle but for some reason it is screwy. Sometimes when I insert the mag it will not latch and will fall out and and have to pull the mag in and out a few times for it to latch in place. Also, sometimes the receiver will not separate enough to engage the mag release if the bolt is open, I have to close the bolt and then press the juggernaut button to drop the mag.
get a file and file down where the screw goes in slanted down a bit facing towards the front, should make the mag catch sit lower into the magazine catch hole, also file underneath the mag catch band on the part that sits on the receiver but dont touch the mag catch notch itself
and make the fin that fits into the crack of the receivers slimmer with a taper so it just slides in instead of a blocky end that catches periodically
Nice bits of info on the subtle difference of the metal prong being thinner with the Gen 2. I got a Gen 4 thinking I would have to tinker. I shall get a Gen 2 next time to try it out.
ill stick to featureless because if you are in hurry to replace mag your screwed in a home invasion

@@TheTAEclub lol fuck no! I’ve had friends with magazine lock malfunctions that required a tool to fix! In a real life situation they’d be toast! On my featureless I just tap, rack, and bang, back in action!

Can you put a bad lever on the maglock gen 2?
Yes, the maglock is only the magazine release part. It does not come with a bolt release, you have to use your old one (that was originally on your rifle) or purchase a new one. All the maglock does is make it so you can keep the bolt catch/release function.

Gen 2 and king pin the way to go juggernaut gets stuck and its a pain to get out

@@TheTAEclub The tooth on the generation four is small enough to fit through the crack when open, with the bolt back. So yes’
