Vi tok en " fjordline " tur med color fantasy til kiel i Tyskland. Her kan du se litt av det som er å gjøre og se på color fantasy. Her har du en shopping gate med flere butikker og mange restauranter med italiensk mat, gode biffer, buffet. På båten finner du også casino, badebasseng, boblebad, treningssenter, underholdning (Pirates of the caribbean), og masse annet.

This year I had my birthdayparty with paintball guns! It was a lot of fun! You don't need that much paintball gear to have awesome fun: you just need paintball guns, paintball mask and paintballs. This time we went to High Jump: www.highjump.no They provide you with the paintball equipment. And they also have to fairly big areas to play in outside.

During the break of a course I tried to do my first kettlebell half planche. The next step after mastering this is a push up on this position. To do this you need a lot of core, shoulder, back, arm strength and balance.
