@週8ラーメンニキ because the format is double elimination..since khaos came from the losers bracket. He needs to beat Duc 2 sets in order to win the tournament. In this grand finals, Duc won all of his matches and so when it came to grand finals vs khaos, Duc lost one set which put him in losers. Which is why they played twice and reset the bracket mid way. :)

@keatong8400 great analysis and feedback. Duc fully accepts the conditions and mechanics of this game. This is an old online match that doesn't count. I pride myself on landing and converting stray hits into infinites. Although lame, it is actually really hard to do against duc because he doesn't present many openings. He is my big brother and mentor. I learn as much as I can from his play style and trying to upgrade my cable to be like his. And that's another thing, once he loses spiral, his cable is the best cable in the world hands down. So, you're argument of needing meter for cable and sentinel for them to kill, well, they come in with 5 meters as soon as spiral dies and if she dies lol. It's quite literally in his favor in this match up. Winning factors for duc : 1. Chip damage 2. Cable fully loaded 3. Time out advantage 4. Zoning advantage 5.instant teleports with Spiral . Thrillah winning factors 1.try to land infinite rinse and repeat. 2. Cable is inferior to ducs cable lol...but yeah overall he kicks my ass royaly....

@gthrillah wow how refreshing to have a content creator respond in such great detail - appreciate the humility as well! Just wanted to add that you do have guard break glitch as a winning factor - while not guaranteed, it heavily skews the match up in your favour when you kill any one of his characters.

@keatong8400 forgot about gb glitch, but yeah all in all, there are secret mechanics that don't allow ironman to gb a character ie: super jump install. I've seen duc do it against me all the time. I just don't tell him that I notice it lol.

@trollninja904 hey hey! Landing 5hp? I'm assuming you mean when near the corner at the final infinite rep and doing the last up HP>standing Hp>proton canon? Or do you mean doing infinite and mid screen up.Hp into proton canon? If that's the case, there's a specific timing and height you need to put your opponent in for the proton to properly connect when landing from up.Hp. I'll upload a short video today so stay locked in to see it.

Hey Hey! My Pad layout is Left hand andThumb on analog stick, with my index and middle finger on L1 and L2. I map assist 1 to L1 and assist 2 to L2. I do not use R1 or R2 which I leave blank in my controller mapping. The rest are set normal Square = LP, Triangle = HP, X = LK and Circle = HK. hope that helps. And one more thing the timing on standing hp to super do you delay the last rep of the infinite?

@fantasma0017able hmm if I'm understanding this correctly, you want to essentially launch then after jumping up you want to do lk, then down hp? If you do that, you get a hard knock down.

@fantasma0017able oh wait I got you. Yes there is a difference. If you do down lk, down mp, standing hk it will most likely connect vs if you do down lk, standing mp then standing hk it will sometimes connect based on how close you are to your opponent. Best to just confirm off of lk and call it a day lol

@@gthrillah thanks man thats exactlly what I thought, I was like damn why is not connecting cuase I wanna learn the infinite but not the easy one, so its better to do just LK HK I got it....does that apply to the a2g version? im learning that one next

@@fantasma0017able a2g is another beast. If you can do lk hk into up hp dash down, or down forward lp ,up hp then infinite , that should be your homework. After that, you'll gain the muscle memory needed to do a2g as the reps in the air are similar to the initial infinite set mentioned before[launch, jump up hp, dash down forward lk or lp to up hp.

It's really finicky and depends a lot on characters you just gotta test on tons of different characters, doing it closer to the ground can make it more consistent but make sure you don't let the p2 character hit the ground before the wm assist hits cause It will drop

​@@mattzr1550thanks for the reply. I've been landing it more consistently since posting this comment on all sorts of different sized characters. I've noticed that the combo hits if I land the final j.HP at a certain height so the timing changes depending on the character. it's tricky but I think I'm getting the hang of it
