Sorry, but i disagree. I got the DRDR ant the reason is the voice in portuguese brazilian (is amazing), the controls are good, the graphics is delightful, some little details they added on the places are nice touch. About censorship, i agree is a disapointment, but for me not have a big impact, still kinda stupid and funny with nonsenses. Dead Rising 3 i have but is not good, still a bad game with terrible controls, bad AI and bad story. If i reccomend DRDR? Honestly, not now. The price not help. Wait for a discount and get. And again, even i disagree with the censorship Capcom put, for me not have much impact. And yeah, i have my DR1 with me and yes, i missed TJ Rotolo on Del. Remaster, but as Brazilian, with portuguese voices works for me.

Dead rising 3 is my favorite

I've been seeing some people using the CCP's corruption and involvement in every industry as an excuse to boycott this game. Problem is, even if the argument can be made... What will that solve? Because it's the same mistake that wokesters make all the time: trying to pass blame of on someone else. If the western game industry is to be fixed, then the only way it is going to do so is by excising the cancerous ideologies and activists that are making games worse, not by trying to cripple games that are good.

I also don't like censorship. But without them this remaster would most likely never exist. In many third world countries there are common cases of necrophilia in morgues, including filmed. I think removing "erotica" points for photographing dead people ends up being something that makes sense. Of course, not every type of censorship is justified in this game. But no form of extremism will make the world a better place.

In terms of cencorship i have no issue with the Dragon Quest one...the design is a bit much. FF16 was a crap game filled with a forced slavery narrative but it was a bad game and i'd rather rip it apart for it being bad rather than the gay guys in the street or gay Bahamut (mainly because Bahamuts host was the best character in the game)

I think the DR remake is going to suffer unnecessarily. You shoot yourself in the foot when you go the route Capcom is going. The fact they can't see that is the same as Sony not seeing what they are stepping in with their failure Concorde and such. Losing money is just as unsustainable as their plan to gain it all back; overcharging for new games in the future and new game systems. Look at the PS5 Pro, over $800 if you want the system, a controller, a stand PS plus if you get the digital one and overall it's $900 if you get a physical version. Maybe the plan IS to lose money, but it's unsustainable because smart buyers won't fall for increases in costs.

mihoyo makes very gay games and stories, they don't get a pass for that just because the characters are mostly white. hoyoverse is woke, they make canonically neurodivergent characters, there's even a group in one of the games that's known for being full of "super intelligent and autistic" people. they made a comic where two of the female characters kiss, and when they were warned about making characters gay canonically, they just do everything they did before without saying it out loud. "here's two males who live together, learn to overcome their differences, get very close and are always seen together or talking about each other." the whole company is a big fruit salad.

I respectfully disagree. I really liked their last game we happy few. I also think the art style and story is the most exciting I've seen for a single player game in a few years. A southern folklore game is a dream for me. So unless there something really off about the game I'm likely going to pre order. Just give it a try and see if you enjoy the GAMEPLAY. If something in the game offends you just don't play it and mow the grass or something.
