HOW TO START WITH YOUR TELESCOPE (Meade 50mm)
your actually wrong bro, the barlow multiplies lenght of your microscope, basically making your microscope longer so you can magnify with more strenght without going over the limit of your scope.
Thanks bro i was trying to figure out for 2days 😅
Thank you so much brother!
if I have the 36X and I put the X2 Barlow I have the 72X (sorry for the question, I've only recently got a telescope)
btw, which language is it?? french or Spanish ?? whichever it is I am gonna learn it!! =D
It’s French but you’re better off learning Spanish my G cause French is hard af
Bro, u r sort of inspiring!, although there aren't many views on many of ur videos, u never stop!! Hats off to u !!😁 from ur old telescope assembling to ...these..! long journey!!
Thanks bro honestly I’m not doing it for the views
I have a tasco I'm a beginner my eyepiece is too big😮 idk. Help! Thank you
Thanks 👍
You can also put it on diagonal
We just got our telescope and we're trying to figure it out, we were putting the Barlow lens in the mirror. That being said it's the only place that will fit so I don't know how to put it on where you just put it on
THANK YOU! I got a used one and have 0 clue how they work😅
You saved me bruv
You can do this another way, by putting the barlow in between the eyepiece and the diagonal. This is one of the main reasons why some barlows have a belt tensioning system instead of a standard bolt tensioning system. There is another problem though with some barlows being so long that you can't focus your telescope. This is one major disadvantage of the "Eyepiece > Diagonal > Barlow" arrangement as opposed to the "Eyepiece > Barlow > Diagonal" arrangement, but the blurring could also be because of poor seeing conditions and maximum magnification. Barlows also work by spacing, and as such : if you move your Barlow lens further away from the eyepiece, you get more magnification, thus sometimes blurring your images. How to calculate maximum magnification : Telescope aperture in inches x 50 Telescope aperture in mm x 2 How to calculate seeing conditions : 3.5 arcseconds or more : Poor seeing conditions 3.4 - 2.5 arcseconds : Fair seeing conditions 2.4 - 1.7 arcseconds : Good seeing conditions 1.6 - 1 arcseconds : Great seeing conditions 1 arcseconds or less : Excellent seeing conditions
does this mean my telescope that has 70mm aperture should get a barlow below 1.40x zoom
@@bonk747klm If your high-powered eyepiece powers around 100x, then yes, but I recommend you only get a barlow for the low powered eyepiece, since 1.4x barlows don't exist, and if they do, they'll either come from some cheap chinese brand or an exotic, highly expensive one like some of the discontinued AstroPhysics products.
I have an barlow super long
Thanks this really helped (I love cookies btw)
Thanks very useful info for me ❤
Hello, I have a svbony sv 28 25-75x70 spotting scope telescope, is there a barlow lens for it
It's help to zomimg???
Is it also possible just to put down the eyepiece and put the Barlow on the mirror thingy and then reattach the eyepiece to the top of the Barlow?
Thank you very much❤
Fake
Dude what do you mean? It might not apply to all telescope models though
Can I use any Barlow on my telescope?
❤❤❤❤ thank-you I am facing this with my telescppe
You're welcome 😊
To amy beginners. I highly recommend you save your money and buy an 8 inch dobsonian. They are extremely beginner friendly and are quite simple to use once you get the hang of it
Thanks for the tips
Ive been putting the barlow underneath the eyepiece 💀
That’s actually the correct way…
@@twm1452 1.5x if before diagonal, 2x after diagonal. for a 2x barlow lens.
I just bought the same brand of telescope but why can’t i see anything? This is the 1st time im using a telescope so still learning
clean
Mine is the completely opposite I have to put the diagonal Lena’s first then the Barlow
actually i think it’s wrong, well technically.. unless you need more than 2x magnification..
You're doing it wrong
Anyone know how to make a kookpte telescope? I can’t find a video describing it

This is important content. A related book I read was also significant. "Stars Aligned" by Olivia Whitestone
Placing the barlow in front of the diagonal increases the power to more than 2x. It is 2x power if you place the barlow after the diagonal with the eyepiece in the barlow. The further distance between the eyepiece and the barlow, the higher the power magnification.
Personally I don't usually bother w/ the Barlow lens. Its easier just to use a lower eyepiece.
⚠️ Warning!⚠️ If you have a small scope a barlow will make your view through the eyepiece blurry. If you want higher magnification you need to multiply your apperature by 50 in inches, and by 2 in mm. That's the maximal magnification your telescope can handle. To get the magnification of the eyepiece divide your focal length by the eyepiece diameter and multiply the result by the Barlow magnification. If the number is lower than your telescopes max magnification you'll be fine with the barlow.
That’s why I never use my Barlow lens…thanks for the help I didn’t know why it was blurry
"Comment faire du lait avec du plastique?" euh d'accord.
I've been trying to figure this out for about 2 months
😂🏴🙏🏻
Bro I was doing it wrong thanks for the tip 😂❤❤
Read above comment. Not doing it wrong if you put it before or after the diagonal piece. Just diff magnification
Question: although this is very easy to assemble, why can I barely see anything? It is supposed to bring things closer and not farther or nothing. What Im I doing wrong? I thought to ask before calling the telescope seller, in case it's defective
R u sure the target is in focus? You may have to change the focus after you place the Barlow lens
Most likely because your telescope's mount is inaccurate and wobbly, and also the image is much darker and longer focal lengths Don t help that
Thanks man, ive been putting the barlow lense in the mirror😂
😂😂😂
Same 😂😂
I have a Barlow lens in my telescope
Do not use a star diagnal with barrow lens
Well most commonly it’s used between the eyepiece and the refractor but I think it can be used
All am gonna say is just thank you bro, you a real homie for this one
Thanks dawg
😅
"Pal mal en vrai" j'aime bien la fin aussi ;)
Awesome video, it has been an honor meeting you!
Thank you! But your robot should be displayed at a museum because it’s so perfect
@@marcolaurettobon thanks haha
I kept trying but not getting it :/
John Cena wouldn’t want you to give up! Keep trying, you’ll succeed
@@marcolaurettobon I think I got it but it’s just a error page
It finally went off after 2 months while trying to join a zoom meeting 💀 I forgot that I downloaded it
Install it and forget about it That's what makes it funny
