James Taylor's “Windy Jimmy” - JP DEMO!
Hey guys!
I know its been a very long time since I uploaded any sort of video. That's changing now! I have TONS of footage from Slamology 2024! I've wanted to go since I was 16 years old, and finally I was able to make it happen!
Hope you guys enjoy the video! This particular video was the most wanted video James wanted to get of his system! And I'm very thankful I was able to capture it within a split second!
Literally, I rolled into the show, and no sooner did I get out of my vehicle, I seen JP getting into his Blazer! I ran and grabbed my camera and this was the result!
Super thankful for being able to capture this footage!
More to come! Stay Tuned!

      LED’s go in a certain way. If you put them in, and they don’t come on, flip them around. Make sure the contacts are clean as well.

      Do you mean like trim level? Or paint job or what? I know this truck was a custom order in 1997 (probably 1996 technically) before my dad bought it in 1997 (he didn’t order it, someone else did and backed out of the deal). So I’m curious as to what you’re referring to. Also, BIG UPDATES AFTER 4 YEARS coming soon 🤫

    Thinking about getting one for 8,000 at the used car dealership. It's got 116000 miles, so not too bad for the year. The only thing I'd worry about is the frame, engine and trans dependability. Hopefully better than the Silverados. Great video, and sweet looking truck. 💪

      There should be a little wheel on the left next to your headlight switch, that controls the lights, theres 2 clocks, one for full and another for cab lights (this is light i know)

    • @NeckBreakinNate
      @NeckBreakinNate 2 роки тому

      I’d flip the bulbs around and see if some aren’t lit. LED’s in these clusters ARE directional. So if they are in backwards they simply won’t illuminate. If that doesn’t work, swap a known working LED bulb in and see if that fixes it to see if you just have a bad bulb.

    • @BETO_OLVERA

      Yes there is a bulb for the DRL. It should be labeled DRL if memory serves correct on the back of the cluster, top right when looking at the back of the cluster.

    • @NeckBreakinNate
      @NeckBreakinNate 2 роки тому

      Could be the bulbs. I know when my dash lights started going (they were already LED swapped) they would flicker, go completely out, sometimes come back on. Then eventually they just totally went out and needed replaced.

      Check the connectors, make sure they are making contact with the hood pads on the clusters board. Also, try flipping the LED’s in the socket. They are directional due to them being LED’s.

    • @NeckBreakinNate
      @NeckBreakinNate 3 роки тому

      Mine are all currently burned out. They all went One after another. They’re cheap LED’s. I don’t expect them to last a long time honestly. Buying a more name-brand light will obviously be better quality, and in theory last longer.

      Big Red so the 350 in that year was carbureted. So not sure about that particular part. Just make sure there isn’t any leaks obviously, make sure the transmission shifts good and all. Check cab corners and rockers all along the bottom on both sides. Other than that, they’re awesome trucks. I love mine. Mine obviously needs some love here and there but she runs and drives so I’m happy with it. It’ll eventually get built more but that’ll happen at a later date.

      @@NeckBreakinNate It applied to anyone with these stock motors. I just bought a 97 C2500 and I think it runs like shit(190k). My 2000 K2500 however has 230k and runs pretty good, it's a single cab and fairly rusted that's why I bought the 97'. It probably needs a tune up which I will do and drive it for a year then I'll do the swap. I have too many project at the moment. They are fairly cheap and simply to work on if you're mechanically inclined. I had a Sonoma with a 5.3 in it and it was pretty good. I'll probably drop a 6.0 on the Sierra. I'm a novice to most of this so it's a working progress. I wish I could post some stuff but I'm not photogenic at all & have no clue about editing, appreciate the content.
