It is a 12 month contract lovely. There is a chance to extend at the end of your programme so you can do up to 15 months. If you went on the programme and wanted to do 9 months you could self-term but that essentially black lists you from working for Disney again unless you had mitigating circumstances. Hi lovely, I’m not 100% sure! I know it needs to be a certain file size and it can’t be too big but if you open the photo and click save as, there should be a drop down box underneath where you type the file name to change it to a format which is smaller. I’m not sure if that makes any sense but it’s worth looking into
