Roland V-drums are by far the best choice when it comes to an E-kit. They offer a variety of levels of kits that are affordable. A good pair of headphones and/or a nice amp or PA setup are recommended.

Thanks for checking out the video and leaving a comment! I appreciate it. The sticking pattern I used on the snare was: RRL RRL RRL R I did this for two reasons. First, it was easier for me to keep the dynamics of the pattern more even. Second, it allowed me to hit the big accent at the end more precisely.

@@lucmar2112 Nice work. I've been playing three triplets followed by an accent RLR LRL RLR L but it never captures the feel of the original song. I'll try your RRL sticking!!

@@MrShanePatch I agree using an alternating sticking pattern is tough to get the right feel of that snare fill. I tried the RRL pattern and found it way easier to accomplish/match the fill. Thanks for the comment.
