Nice to finally see some accurate info, just to add a bit for reference: Normal attack energy is gained at different rates for different weapon types Also the particles from enemy hp thresholds are often referred to as "hp particles" too

Fellow c5 Fischl and c1 Kuki owener here. Unfortunately both make it onto most of my main teams as well, since I play Electro-charged Neuv, Tighnari spread, Chlorinde overload, & Nahida hyperbloom. (I REALLY like electro hydro & dendro units)

they should just simply add the most prevalent cost system, there is nothing wrong the cost system at all it is not exploitable at in the slightest c6 faru being 0 cost and xianyun being 1 is not unbalanced at all
