It is very difficult. Especially when the platform has been out for 5 years.

Yes, you can use Uno for commercials apps. Uno Platform is free and open source, under Apache 2.0 license.

Add the Standard Page Template to the canvas. Go to the properties pane at the top right of the screen. Select "Frame" to open the drop-down menu. Choose the desired frame size/type, such as desktop or tablet. (this will switch the standard page template to the one you choose) Continue building your UI as usual. For IStates and IFeeds, the best way to handle the UI based on their "state" ;) is to use the FeedView control from the Uno Toolkit. The FeedView comes pre-built with templates that you can use when the feed is loading/error/empty/has a value. MVUX does, however, automatically implement ILoadable as part of its IAsyncCommand interface so you can bind any of your Commands to a LoadingView in order to handle the UI changes while a command is executing. Currently the MainCommand property is always displayed to the left of the Content. But any AppBarButtons that you define as part of the PrimaryCommands collection are displayed on the right side. So to achieve the same thing, you should be able to skip defining a MainCommand and then instead define the AppBarButton as part of the NavigationBar.PrimaryCommands and it should appear on the right-hand side. Custom Controls in Figma doesn't support binding their properties: you need to update the generated code those. The main usage of external custom controls is to make sure their layout fits with your design. BTW you can still scope down the DataContext by setting a content expression on a frame/AutoLayout.
