Last ride in the mini boat for 2024 didn't go as planned
Переглядів 2,5 тис.21 день тому
Last ride before winterizing and putting it away for the season did not go as planned. Forgot my key for the trailer lock, then only had 3 gallons of gas when I thought it was full, battery died, then ended up being too wavy. Also before anyone comments, I know waters are public. I wasn't hating on the wake surfers because I enjoy watersports too. Just saying this boat only does well on calm wa...

First time watching your show, what lake are you on? Good content!!! Maybe lake Minnetonka?
This was on biglake/mitchell lake in biglake MN, but I do hit quite a few lakes in central and northern MN. Minnetonka would probably be definitely too wavy for this little boat
@Mischiefmotorsports I use to have a Yamaha jet boat, I know what you mean Early in the morning, was a lot fun Smooth as Glass I lived on lake Minnetonka, wish you the best for next year Denny from Minnesota
That’s what she said
Did you need a tune
This thing is SICK!
I’m amazed at the number of Duramax trucks that never haul more than a 10 pound bag of cat food. My 2009 3500HD Duramax is a ranch work truck. 205,000 miles, everything still within factory specs. Still original brakes. Nothing but AMSOIL products. 24mpg at highway speeds after the delete. Change oil once a year with lab analysis of the oil. Never an issue. Everything bone stock except the delete. Two other diesels… 1984 K2500 6.2 with 258,000 miles on it. Bought new… now my livestock water hauler. Used good oil… dual filtration system… never put in gear until engine warmed up… Power Service in every tank of fuel. 2007 Grand Cherokee with Mercedes 3.0 diesel. Perfect in every way.
What point are you trying to get at here? The truck in this video I haul a 36 foot gooseneck quite frequently and also a 28 and 20 foot bumper pull equipment trailers at least once a week, just because it has wheels on it doesn’t mean it isn’t worked
Nice lbz bro, how much does it usually cost to get the trans built
Fully built trans with triple disc converter, billet shafts, and then having the shop do the T case and new U joints while they were there ran me just a little under 10k. Little overkill of a drivetrain but should definitely hold up well for more power in the future
@@Mischiefmotorsports sounds good, thanks for the info
sick build brother woukd love to see more if jt
Thank you! Hoping to have 1 or 2 more videos made before it goes away for winter

Damn that's a gorgeous LBZ man, I'm an OBS Ford guy and a 1st and 2nd Gen Cummins guy myself, but I respect any great diesel pickup build.
Same here! Thank you I really appreciate it
Seat belt dick.
Yo i got question how much does a truck like that run in price
To build it to this caliber or buy one already done?
@Mischiefmotorsports id like to jump in on this and also ask if you could do a price build breakdown.
nice rig man
Thank you I appreciate it!
Shit that’s a wicked truck man
Thank you!!
Nice truck man. how did the headers fit in there, guys have told me only shortys will go in without having to remove a bunch of shit on the drivers side. I have a 94 Silverado Ive been restoring.I started with the frame and done a lot to it since but is that back sliding rear window stock. Mine got busted out somehow even with a headache rack on it but I cant remember if it has 1 or 2 pains that slid in there, you have 1 in yours I see. Damn nice truck.
What size was the tunnel before you did the tunnel cut
153”
Think I can run the setup with no lift and some cutting?😂😅
Great video!🎉
Yeah! Would love to see more of the boat and stinger!
I’m actually in the process of making another video with it right now
I have a 70 Impala 350 how much would it run me to put a cam kit
i prime my lifters also!🤔😟
Thats actualy so sick
You got an update on cooling?
I do, rode the sled last weekend and only had to take the trail 15 minutes to and from our spot but with scratchers down the sled stayed cool right at normal operating temp!!
Thanks for the update, probably going to do the same thing with my sled this weekend. I’ve heard you don’t need a kit but you’re right I havet seen a single video of anybody doing it. What did you end up doing with your excess wires underneath? And did you notice a difference riding with the tunnel cut?
Only thing I’d advise different is maybe leave that rear 2 inch piece out, I landed off a jump and a paddle from the track broke my tail light, but I added 30 psi to the rear shock and it didn’t happen again, so just watch out for that, don’t want to have any lugs catch and rip off. For the tail light excess wire I just cut a few inches out and then soldered and taped it. I also did notice a difference riding, sidehiling there’s definitely less drag in the snow, and right away I wheelied over backwards😂
Thanks for letting me know about the tail light I’ll make sure to put it up top. I’ll let you know how it turns out for me. Thanks for the help!
Cmon man you left out every detail and showed us only one step of MANY
Useless ass video
Has base model truck, complains about it not having features
The best money can buy 👌
So true
Have you thought about putting on the hi beam mod so that the low beam stay on when you turn on hi beam
Nice just don’t include most of the stuff you did in the video where we all tryna figure out wtf to do 👍
Too much face too little truck!
Cool obs
I’m debating in putting this size on my 85 long bed
Funny, I just seen this truck for sale on Facebook
my 95' has squishy brakes, and i think a total of 3 cup holders
get a 22'' chopper, block off a couple intake passages and jack the motor up in 1/2'' increments until you find the sweet spot. that crappy aluminum prop isnt doing you any favors. also, never rev it up on the hose like that great way to snap a reed or 3. if you do, use the throttle neutral detent so you give it some timing, not just fuel. cheers.
Wow I have seen this advice posted on FB groups for months now, only now did I realize why they say this. You are keeping idle timing but getting higher revs that way, thats why it might blow. Thanks for the information mate!
Love it man! I just put my '78 Stinger 75 on my 1432 sea-nymph... flatbottom jon... lol 😄 it screams!
What’s the size on the rims and tires
Nice truck and rims, we're you buy the rims and how much please
Were U get the head light what the name and part number
My 14' Imperial is only seeing 30-33mph with the johnson 75 short shaft. What kind of speed are you getting?
all in the prop and setup
Hood scoop real or fake
Did you put a leveling kit on your truck front suspension? What did you use?
It’s easier to remove the whole dome light assembly. Remove the 2 screws from the light in the middle. Pull the assembly out. You can easily remove and install the map lights. Don’t forget to put the ground wire back when reinstalling.
Got my 91 k1500 about 3 months ago and I’ve done some mods just stumbled upon your channel and love the content with the OBS appreciate the content
Nice. My Cam or lifter is shot #3 intake I need to do this same job on my C1500 nice to see it clears the front.
What size and offset are those rims
For the record, I installed a Melling (chevy 327 - 300hp profile) also needed the springs replaced with new lifters, in a 1995 Yukon 4x4 with 5.7 tbi, rated at 210 hp from the factory. I also replaced the factory gear ratio from 3:42 to 3:73 . After everything was done truck pulled the hills much better, would actually pass other trucks that bogged down on the grade. It did help and also passed smog test next year.
top speed ?
What size center cap I have 15 inch American outlaw2s ar62 just need center caps having trouble finding right ones I😂
Quit your bitching young man those trucks are great just the way they are.
