Bro i bought this guitar but when i tuned it showed some strings are misplaced and even some strings notes are missing what should i do
Manually tune it, because when you buy a new guitar, esp a cheap guitar the tune is often too far off, so you have to tune up each string after selecting it on the app manually

No issues, just know that it's not 100% wooden, that would have plastic in the build
