I wonder if something is wrong with the home? A house that size in Carmel should easily fetch well over 7 million. Seems something is left out here. And btw yes dogs are welcome at restaurants in Carmel... but only *some of them* and with very strict rules.

I drive by this place all the time and I can guarantee it will never sell unless a bridge is put in. For a zillion different reasons but the biggest is the fact that it's WAAAAAY too isolated as is. Plain and simple. The idea is cool but the practicality of it is misery. Particularly in the winter time.

We care about the property but nothing about luciferin celebrity's might live or want to live or visit there .... actually that will my point not even look for it
