I got mine! Awesome guitar. No issues.
@Tony-o9m Awesome. Glad I could help. The only issues I've had with these guitars is the electronics going bad. Easy fix though.
Sounds fantastic il check them out thanks
Really good pedal for those in-between tones. Cheers!
I build custom klons which i designed to have a boost foot switch that allows you to run the pedal as a clean boost (as most people do) then without changing any settings hit the boost/channel 2 switch and have it run like if youd set it up as an overdrive. The boost also has its own gain and level pots and there is minimal extra circuitry so your still getting an authentic klon tone in both settings instead of a klon tone thats boosted by an extra gain stage which would kill the mojo of the Klon when run as an actual overdrive. It is capable of putting out a bit more gain than a stock Klon in the boosted mode though if you run the channel 2/boost gain and level pots up higher in their range. Its honest to god my favorite overdrive which is why i always show it off and that allowed me to build a few for friends and guys i met at jams. I built a Fender Champ style tube amp (modded in really cool ways also but i wont bore you lol) and my modded klons are the PERFECT companion overdrive for the Champ or any clean pedal platform amp. The modded klon has enough gain to go from clean boost to rythym crunch to full on lead tone. And the warmer natural sounding klon gain tone pairs perfectly with the natural power amp break up of those low wattage Fender amps. But with that said i also use my modded klons with my Marshall DSL100HR, not because it needs it but because its just so convenient and sounds so good lol.
You 🎸 rock

Wow strange but brilliant
@timchurchill6975 it's one of the trickier solos indeed.
It's amazing 😍
Thank you! Rock on!!!
Hello Kitty guitar love it. Pat rips on guitar, thanks for the lesson and the savage kitty visual
It really is a great guitar visually and playing. Thank you for watching!
Hey - did you live overseas as a kid? I had a friend with your name. We were all kiss fans!

Make of the guitar ?
I did a review of this guitar. Check the link on my page. Cheers. ua-cam.com/video/pSHqEX12A5w/v-deo.htmlsi=MqqO5GDgPsBgAyV7
Just played mine this evening, wonderful beautiful guitar. IYV
Great video and I do need my glass at my age. I got this card with my string guage but with your help I now no what it for. Thanks PS Just curious as to what string gauge you use? Thanks again.
Glasses, like age, are inevitable... I use .010 gauge GHS boomers. I find they're the best strings out there. Glad I could help. Have fun and rock on! Cheers...
Hi, finally, I solved the neck dive issue: ua-cam.com/video/BO5xAdI-zLo/v-deo.htmlsi=iCKPkCeMXoiMDcPp
that has got to be one of the most eerie rundowns that does things to your nerves Very spooky good though
It does have that quality, or we can also look at it as a way of familiarization to dissonance. Either way, it'll get those fingers going!
Shredding on a hello kitty is a power move
Thnx, man. Believe it or not, it's actually a really good guitar for rock, metal and blues...
Thank you. What guitar are you using?
@michaeld2716 It's an IYV found on Amazon. Cheap but good. 🤘🏻 Go check out the review I did of this axe.
Sounds great and makes me wish a few people were still here with us to see my kids❤
Great song. Yes, the lyrics are really what makes this song so good, and timeless. Glad you liked it. Cheers!

I know it's all about keeping that slide straight up and down, but what pedals and amp are you using to maintain that sustain brother, your playing one of my favorite styles of guitar 335 fan too.
Thanks. I have 4 amps that I use depending on the gig/session. Marshall 100W JMP, Nifty 50, Fender 25R and Hotrod deluxe. No pedals in this video. Just straight into the front of the amp. In this video, it was the deluxe. Cheers!
@@MichaelJacques yeah I sold my hot rod deluxe when I quit gigging a few years ago, never thought of using the Tom Shultz attenuator I have to get bedroom volume, forgot all about that gig horse deluxe, now I have to get another one, get some sustain back.
@2dazetake I used a Scholtz Powersoak years back. I found it fried my output transformers. Had a great sound but wrecked my amps
Hope you play in a band if not your wasted talent have a great day from sunny at the moment England 😊
Hello Tim, thanks for watching. I play in a band once in a while, but the heyday of being a guitar hero is over. Still, if I can inspire others to play better, then the job's done. As per the music business, its a crap shoot at best. I did my time on LA's Sunset Strip busting my a** in those clubs and bars for decades. Cheers from across the pond!
yes same as ive got to take carefully now tinnitus but still get asked @@MichaelJacques

What pedal you going through sounds great nice playing
Straight into the Amp. Just greased up the reverb a little. Appreciate the props, cheers.
I need one.
One that goes to 11
It's on eBay for $100, F#@$ Amazon 😂
If you buy it, let me know how you like it. I suspect at $100 dollars it's used. They also changed the headstock because they got sued by Fender. So, I'm not sure this particular guitar is still in production?
So hows the fret ends?
I'm not sure what you mean? Are you asking me if the frets are rounded, peaked, raised? Clarify and I'll do my best to answer your question. cheers!
@@MichaelJacques I was asking if the fret end were rough or were they ok?
@JerryWhite-ee5hy for a cheap guitar they were smooth, but could be higher. I prefer jumbo frets. It's an under $200 dollar guitar, good for gigs where an expensive axe isn't practical. The volume pot did go bad rather quickly though. Cheap parts, cheap guitar but still worthy.
Blame ups for the box. That rip in the box was ups throwinnit like a 🏈 across the shipping hub. I tracked mine for 2 months and my local usps office had it there leaning against the wall for a month.... Blame ups or usps..,.. idiots.
I did put on my glasses before hitting play on your video! 🤓😂🤣 Thank you for posting this video, I just got mine from Amzn.
At a certain age, glasses become the staple. Welcome to the crazy World of this Fritz ruler! I did my best to make heads nor tails of it. Cheers and thanks for the comment!
how do you not have more subs, bro?
You can follow me if you dig my channel. I do this for enjoyment and am not really pursuing subs. If it happens, great. If not, that's fine too. Thanks for watching, cheers!
Thumbs up thanks
Awesome, brotha. I hope this new installment can shake up your blues guitar solos 💯. Cheers.
you got some big frets on that strat
Yes, good eye. I had a re-fret done in CA, replaced with jumbo frets. I like the "train track" feel of the Les Paul fret on a maple neck.
Diminished
Most interesting very emotional scale lovely to throw in the mix have a great weekend .
My pleasure, man! It is a very very cool scale and it always get attention when used (properly) in your solos. Remember, it fits over a V dominant chord in most progressions. Cheers!
Nice bong and cat clock, thanks for the lesson, excellent.
Such are the indulgences of life, amigo. Have fun using this scale and surprise your band with this moorish sounding scale in your jam. Rock on!
thank you! short and sweet, to the point, excellent content. well done!
Thank you, much appreciated.
Saw a green guitar on the thumbnail, stayed for some nice playing 👍
Glad you dug it. 💚 that seafoam green strat. I believe it's an '82. Rock on, man!

Very cool, man! Thanks..
Thanks very much .
Glad you liked it! Rock on!
I just got a Fritz Ruler. Couldn't make head nor tail of it!! 😂 I guess the action settings are within "The Range" of high and low action, as there is nothing to measure the exact mm's by!? Makes sense re the other crazy side though re the nut, strings etc! Thanks I have played acoustic for some years. I'm an old guy too! Just bought an electric and am re visiting lead. I kind of played a little decades ago. How the hell do you work out the fretboard!? I hear guys like you play and think "I wish I could do that!" Oh well, trying to find my way!! Rock on! 🎸
It is a mysterious tool indeed... As per working out the fretboard: Try pentatonic scales daily, up and down the entire neck. Single to quadruplets in picking. Use a metronome to lock down your tempos as you run scales too. Check out my video on pentatonic scales, etc. Cheers and thank you for the comment.
I’m gonna have to buy one now
Glad the review helped. Please check out my other topics on my channel. For a cheap guitar it is very good, but keep in mind it is not a PRS. with a set up and some tweaking though, it'll be a good gigging axe. Rock on!
Nice to see you again thanks.
Thanks man,,,I bought one,,,they owe you 😀
Lol😅... Glad my review helped. I do this channel for fun, and to help others. Rock on, and have a great day, man!
