A mattock and a pickaxe are different: pickaxes are pointy, a mattock is flat bladed (more for digging than breaking rock). Not that it makes any difference against le Roi Noir 🤣

That was a bit of an unfortunate run. The rng gods were brutal 😱. I get the mammoth grind to get the aegis shield, but why the stamina requirement? You're mostly forced to do the Julius fight without getting hit anyway, right?

Yeah, the Julius fight balance is a bit wonky - where phase 1 is clearly the hardest one 🤷‍♀From a spectator's point of view - and having never played the game - don't you find that the girl sprite is a major distraction because of her random movement? Or is she easily ignored?
