Will there ever be these types of sessions focused on Primary aged children? As a micros coach it would be helpful to have age appropriate ideas/guidelines. These sessions are great but they are more aimed at Youth/Adult rugby.

I need to class myself as a semi professional musician. I have only £2000 worth of recording equipment. I produced and self published 13 lp "demos" with this gear. There are at least 2 decent songs on every lp. That means I wrote a concert, with the time I was granted on this planet. One of my songs, from the Russo phase of my career, gets around 500,000 ( Murrayfield stadium x 10) plays per year, according to my ascap account anyway. No other song, that I can remember, has ever resulted in the way I felt, the first time I heard playback of Russo " Adrenaline" from Dirty Radio Edit, in my old volvo 240, in 2011, just before it failed its mot and I was left both homeless and carless. If the decimal point was moved one place to the right, I could call myself professional and maybe even start touring, with the body of work that I came up with. In terms of dynamic energy and technique, no other guitarist really hits the point, I'm after. No other musician could conjure russ murray "Beware the earth" with £2000 of equipment. And here I am telling you that I am, alongside #$%^&@, the only two recording artists that I even bother listening to on a regular basis. I went to the same school as a person, who now gets paid £500,000 per year to coach a team that plays only 5 matches per year. And if that wasn't bad enough, he is bald, has a horrific beak faced nose and has no personality. His dad was friends with pe teacher though, and he got picked for the team, even although I out scored him, out tackled him and out played every other fucker on that team and also at indoor football, which I only got to play once. I lost count of how many goals I scored that day. I don't know what planet you pencil dick useless overpaid arseholes come from, but can you please fuck off back there. You could have had it all...but you paid the wrong person and now look at you. Pathetic. His name is Gregor Townsend and he is quite possibly the most useless person who has ever been shat into civilization and he's a multi millionaire, for doing fuck all. I, on the other hand, am quite possibly one of the most creative people who has ever lived. Everything I do gets ripped off. Latest single russ murray "Nostronom " released in May 2024. Another great episode. Cheers we’ve been using the blueprint this year since the murryfield day. Skye ball is the kid’s favourite in the marr P6 team so far.

Really learned a lot from Chris at the L2 course, a great coach and great mind in rugby - a credit to SRU and clubs across Scotland.

That’s was great. I went to the blueprint meeting a murryfield last summer and it was fantastic. We have been playing sky ball and Hawick ball regularly since and the kids at marr have really benefited from these. Going to take the defence rewarding tips from this. Is there scope for another blueprint day at Murryfield this year
