Look at me, i am the captain now
So original 🤝
That's why Netherlands haven't produced any bare wingers , strikers that nake it through the top of the game .
Cruyff, Roben, Schnijder, Van Nistelroy, Van Basten, Van Persie just to name a couple, i could go on probably 20 players
I can understand from both sides. Over the history Netherlands have produced more players with flare, street football as you call it, than in UK. But in todays game, overall there’s a lack of street footballers around the globe being produced at the top of the game due to it being coached out of players in academy with a focus on emphasis on speed of play and speed of execution of game actions as the game is now played at a much higher intensity and pace as well as the game being evolved constantly etc like most wingers being inverted now, lack of number 10s etc
@@jamiemclellan238 i am talking recently. If u are replying to me . Past robben everyone is not a bare quality wingers or a st . Depay is mid doing his best .
@@playbyplaypodcast factssss wingers like diaz , mbappe, mitoma , rodrygo and even raphina who have so many bag of box in their sleeves and so unpredictable and can go both outside, inside are being vanished . Wingers like saka , martenli, even rashford , anthony , garnacho, kulveseski , kvara are so limited .
@@gairejr980 I’ll agree with that fair enough you are right. All I can think of now is Gakpo and Xavi Simons
I can confirm he is weird
Personally he’s a top guy. Everyone’s perception is different. What made you come up with that conclusion? 🤔

That's European Bronny tho:)
One time I sat next to an old lady in Texas and boi she was so nice ! Later she invited me home to meet her 2 dogs that she talked about tbf
I think all of us would like to hear more of that story 😬
Americans: "A stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet!" Norwegians (and Danes): "Don't sit next to me, don't speak to me, don't break my little bubble!!"
Hahahaha that's facts:)
Suddenly i wanna move to Norway
Just bring a warm jacket with you ;)
He has never rode the bus in Cleveland Ohio...
What's your experience from the Ohio bus ?
It's amazing that many if not most Europeans think that American friendliness is phony. Yet here in America you can make a best friend for life while standing in line at Starbucks.
Interesting perspective. Why you think that's the case with American people ?
@@playbyplaypodcast IMO opinion, three reasons. One, because America is made up of immigrants, people had to initiate contact and work through language barriers with strangers in order to get things done, to trade, or make their needs known. All mostly in good faith. Second, because of the large distances and time between contact with other humans it made people eager to make contact, since often in early America people didn't see other people for long periods of time. Three, curiosity. Who, why, or what in hell is this odd person doing this odd thing in this odd new world?
They are actually just deciding whether to rob you.
Stupidest comment award
What´s your advice to not get robbed in America🥷
Your video has brightened my day. What kind of struggles do professional footballers like Thomas Lillo encounter on their journey to success? Running a dream interpretation channel, I'm curious how to incorporate real-life challenges faced by athletes into my content effectively. I appreciate the insights shared in the video and have liked and subscribed for more inspiring episodes.
Thanks for your lovely comment. I would recommend watching Hojbjerg interview about success. The reality is only 0.012% make it professionally let alone playing in the Top 5 leagues. You have to sacrifice so much from a young age, missing events with loved ones like weddings, birthdays, parties, no childhood, training 2-3 hours a day for years, healthy eating, long travels, etc. You have to be so disciplined and on point because the odds are against you. There’s more lows than highs but the high is so high it makes it worthwhile in the end when you do make it. The sadly reality of upcoming aspiring pro you can still do all of that for decades and still not make it but you can still be proud of the person you’ve become during the journey and the process. As for the current pro athletes, the main struggle is that most of them are chasing 1 year deals so it’s a constant dog fight year after year, it’s very competitive so it can get toxic and turnover in players and managers coming and going is very high. There’s a saying, there’s no friends in football. At the end of the day its a result driven business. So there’s a lot of uncertainty and instability and there’s lots of players who are bouncing different countries let alone cities every 6months! This can be hard when you’re getting older and wanting to settle down and have a family etc. That’s why this football dream is not for the feint hearted. People shouldn’t do it for the fame and lifestyle at high level because that’s only reserved for the 1% of the 0.012%!! Hope this perspective helps 💯❤️
What a shallow piece of advice. Yes. Look presentable and appropriate for the situation you are entering into. Next question 😂😂😂. Own your own house before buying nice clothes. That’s also a good rule.
Ofcourse we agree with that point, looking presentable does not mean you have to spend a lot of money on it. Everything is about balance and first impression is key. Hope that makes sense 😁💯
@@playbyplaypodcastit 100% does. And I agree mate. ❤
James bro, you nailed the point of this short - look presentable and appropriate for the occasion. Good thing to remind for everyone is that nice is not always "expensive" ! I will give you my opinion on the other part you said about owning a house. I don't see myself buying a house, because freedom is what I value the most in my life and once you own a real estate it takes a place for your "mental" real estate with all the maintainance required to run it. Patrick
@@playbyplaypodcast Fully agreed, presentable and smart does not mean bankrupting yourself lol. Like many do. Walking out of a tax payer funded council house in a £2000 Hugo boss suit, or a LV jacket. And I see where you are coming from with freedom. But say for example when I was renting I felt more trapped than I do now. I was beholden to landlords whims a lot more “we are selling the flat, you have 1 month to move out”. “My brother has lost his house and needs a place to stay so you will have to move out”. Each time going into a more volatile rental market which is more expensive than a mortgage in many cases. The upkeep of a home is a mentally/time/financially taxing thing. But so is getting a rental property ready for handover so you don’t lose your deposit. Lazy landlords not fixing things. Not helping with problems. And often suffering from the get go with a pretty shoddy building after 10 years have renters have ballsed it up and the landlord had fixed everything on a shoestring budget. I agree with your perspective also, but for me, after 10 years of renting I was very glad when I got my home. But if freedom is your buzz….. a house definitely takes that away to some degree. But a house gives you a strong foundation to build upon whereas for me, rent seemed a bit too uncertain as a foundation to build my life. But then it goes back to what type of life you want to build?? Different strokes for different folks and all that.
Not meeeeeeeeee ❤
You’re going places, all the way to the top 💯📈
@@playbyplaypodcast see you there ❤️🫡

Carlos it's a very wise human, you can tell that after watching and listening to him for a few minutes. Keep it up guys!
Thanks for your kind words, we will continue to put out more episodes in the coming weeks to display more insightful views and perspective of the beautiful game, both on and off the pitch ⚽️📈 we appreciate your support
explain the 'baseline'
Your baseline is knowing what’s your normal, that could be from staying true to who you are, sticking to your foundation of your morals and values rather than subscribing to other peoples norm and way of life. This could be from physical health, mental health, personal life, what food is right for you, etc, knowing your purpose and why. If you have a clarity of your anchoring baseline then you will be able to project and propel your life upwards with clarity of vision like a cannon ball, baseline is your anchor to the cannon ball. Without it you’ll be aiming aimlessly. In true essence, knowing what’s you and that is your power. Hope that helps! 😁📈
Inshaallah you will my brother
God is great my brother
I also do the same... makes the biggest difference
Amazing ! How long have you been doing the journaling habit ?
I'm not the best at it consistency wise, but it has helped me since I've been in high school which was close to 9 years ago. It's my most efficient emotional outlet.
