I just came across an old vanessa del rio interview on a Baltimore talk show. On the show, Vanessa did have a striking resemblance to Debbie in the face, and I even believe she was rocking a similar hairstyle to what Debbie would rock back in the day too,

I just heard the rumor for the 1st time recently too....but I guess I could "understand " how it got started. I just came across an old vanessa del rio interview on a Baltimore talk show. Too make matters worse, although vanessa is Puerto Rican, I believe people would say Philycia was Dominican, or originally scripted to play Bills Dominican wife on the cosby show.
