The lawn is dead. The pool filled in. The landscaping ignored. It has been stripped of the original furniture that MADE the house a home. It has been altered and changed and will never be able to be restored to its original state. Very sad to see it in this way. A woodstove in the fireplace? People don't know and will never know what it was in all its glory.

When you don't include the price people (we're) not interested enough to follow through.

I'm elated to have discovered this excellent video! I lived next door to Rusty Hale and All One Farm for 21 years from 1991 to 2012. My partner Marilee Craven bought 40 acres from Francis & Verna Hay in 1983 and built a new home overlooking the secluded mountain meadow below - directly east of Rusty Hale's estate. I moved in with Marilee in 1991 and cared for the property for 21 years as Marilee's health and wellness declined steadily. I knew Rusty fairly well, although he had never invited me into his beautiful home. This excellent video shows me what I missed. Most unfortunately, Rusty and his girlfriend were discovered shot to death in June 2022 by their neighbor who lived in the caretaker dwelling close to the road. The sheriff determined it was a murder/suicide. Also unfortunately, Marilee (my ex-partner) died in her home a couple months later in July 2022. My relationship with Marilee had ended 10 years earlier in 2012 when I moved to McMinnville. (This post may be deleted because nobody wants to buy a home where a murder/suicide happened, but new owners will find out eventually anyway.)
