Another of my favorite road stop places to visit! Very well done, Alex. Last time I went through Bastrop State Park was before the fires of 2011. The scenic overlook at 5:19 was completely surrounded by trees. Unless you stopped, it wasn't much to see. Will have to return there soon.

Very well-produced vlog! Very much liked the editing, audio and overall flow of the video. I live in Houston and try to make it to Galveston at least once a month. Seeing a place I'm very familiar with through some one else's camera puts a whole new perspective on it.

how cool - the turtle was on the gator! When I was there recently (possibly the same day as you), the turtle was on the front of the log & the gator was on the back of the log. I bet that log sees all sorts of reptile arrangements from day to day! Great footage, thx for sharing.
