In this video I run a 3200 tune up, and then go to Raleigh and meet Olympian Woody Kincaid, the next day I run NXR and try to break my schools junior record.

I came into States hoping to challenge for an all-state position. It didn’t go as planned due to a tactical error in the first mile. This race was even split overall with a slight negative split. Hopefully you all will consider subscribing and leaving a like and comment!

No it’s a real course with big hills Keagan is just crazy and the comp was great you will be able to see the course in the video dropping later this week

@@jackdennehyrunning my goal is also sub 4 20. I ran a 15 30 time trial on the track 2 weeks ago so I am feeling good. I wanted 9 15ish in the 3200. Is sub 900 possible with a 420 mile?
@HogCr01 it is but I’m maining the two mile so I’ll have more chances to run fast in that, and 15:30 on track is like 15:50-55 on course depending on the course
@@jackdennehyrunning yeah. I was forced to run in lane 2 more than I wanted too because of how many people were using the public track that day. Mr pr in xc was 15 48. I would say we are almost exactly in the same spot fitness wise. You are lucky to have such a good team to train with.
