Ashley, thank you for the thorough tutorial! Question, it looks like you used the Trim function instead of Fit. Is that correct? I’ve seen other tutorials that suggest you can only morph when using Fit. Thanks!

An outstanding video. I passed on my Innova to a dear friend and Im trying to help her through her tension problems. I never got such a detailed explanation for all these elements of tension. Michael, I apologize for being intrusive, but as a retired Nurse Practitioner, I cant help noticing the discolored area on your knuckle. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend that you see a dermatologist. The spot meets several criteria for further evaluation to eliminate the possibility of malignancy.

How do increase the stitch length but sew slower. If I go slow the stitch is smaller. I have to go fast to get the basting stitch longer. I have a Standard Innova long arm

Who was holding the camera? They need to get that palsy checked out. 😂 I had to stop the video because of nausea due to the movement.

What if my top stitches aren’t good?

How often will I need to do a complete reset like this? I am struggling with thread breaks and tension when using APM3 on a Dream Big panel. I either get top thread on bottom or bottom thread on top or constant thread breaks if I try to change the tension on top.

so no tension is added to the spring?

I've been struggling with tension. Mostly concentrating on my bobbin. I bought a guage but after watching this video several times I finally have lovely stitches front and back with my innova! Thank you sew much!!😊

Does this mean that we don't have to have a dealer come to our house for maintenance of the machine? Do any other areas, like the Arms, need to be greased? And does this also work on the 18" machines?

I love this video. I experienced the lack of tech support from a company that manufacturers a different brand of Longarm Quilting Machines. It was so frustrating to leave a message and was lucky to get a call back In 10 days. I bought a classic 22-inch INNOVA Longarm from Accomplish Quilting. I live in Nevada which made it difficult to visit one of Accomplish Quilting many locations. I bought my INNOVA online. I never tried an INNOVA machine. All I knew was that INNOVA has a wonderful 24/7 Tech Support. Everyone at Accomplish Quilting has been so nice and extremely helpful. I was so impressed that one of their Technicians drove my INNOVA machine and 12 foot frame from their Michigan store across country to Las Vegas Nevada to deliver my machine and frame. The Technicion made sure I was comfortable with the machine before he left. I have only had to contact the INNOVA Tech Support a few times. Each time I called my call was answered immediately. Accomplish Quilting also has the capability of getting on the computer that came with the AutoPilot Mach3 software so they can see what I was doing incorrectly and walk me through the correct procedure to finish that particular quilt.❤❤❤❤❤ I would recommend anyone who wants to buy an INNOVA Quilting Machine to contact Accomplish Quilting. They are truly committed to the INNOVA Machines along with their top notch Customer Service. ❤

Hi Michael. Thank you for this video. With magnetic bobbins (Fil-tec), does this work the same way? Do we keep the backlash spring in the bobbin case or should it be removed?

They are not joking. The support from Accomplish Quilting is second to none! As a beginner just starting with my Innova 4 years ago, I had so many questions, and my calls were answered promptly and solutions found patiently. One time I was asked to wait 15 minutes because they were on the road evacuating for a hurricane and wanted to get to a safe place to talk to me. One time I called and was asked to pause a moment while she turned off the stove while cooking supper! Yes, she interrupted her dinner to help me. Sometimes they walk me through using FaceTime, sometimes remote control of my computer, but always staying with me till my problem was solved. When I had a tricky piece on my machine keep failing, Jeff manufactured a new, more sturdy custom piece, and sent it within days. I tell everyone I can about their customer service and will continue to sing its praises. Thank you, Accomplish Quilting!

Is the estimator only on the M Series? Or is that available on older classics lightning stitch, too?
