Got a 20" .325 .050 on my 550 and it rips. Personally like having the extra reach being tall vs a 18".

Have the same saw with a Husqvarna 20” xcut bar. For some reason my dealer only orders the 550’s with that. I was hesitant about it at first but not anymore, thing rips! You almost need a 20” bar to tame this thing. It’s nasty for sure.

I fueled that one up every 4 hours. The new forestry edition cat 299 with the big tank you can go 8+ hours mulching before fill up
What type of geogrid did you use? You happy with the quality/strength for the price? Great video.
We did this job for a customer and I’ll be honest, I think Geogrid is the most aggravating thing to deal with. With that said, the stuff is very strong once you get the gravel in it. It does need to be maintained properly or once the geogrid starts to show it’ll start tearing. (If you drive across it a lot)

That depends on the operator. You can get the stumps down level with the ground. Sometimes it’s easier to do than others without dipping your knives in the dirt real bad.

I don't know if you guys did it but you have to bleed the brakes if any air gets into the system you have to bleed them I don't know if you did that or not but that's why your brakes are spongy I think
