When we're on Graduate Visa, we're responsible for ourselves. But when we're on Skilled-Worker visa, the company has responsibility on us. Can you tell me briefly what are those responsibilities?
From the visa perspective, they have various reporting requirements if anything changes with your job, you resign or they end your employment, change of work location, etc.
If I face redundancy when I am on a skilled-worker visa, will the time when I work be counted if I come back later to this country for ILR? For example, I've worked for 2 years, then I've dismissed. Then I couldn't find a job in 2 months and deported. Then I came to the UK with another skilled-worker visa. Will that first 2 years be counted when I apply for ILR?
No, the first 2 years will be lost, you have to start a new 5 year count

I accidentally selected the option stating my occupation is on the immigration salary list when completing my Skilled Worker Visa application, resulting in a lower fee £551 being charged. The job code 2136 is not list. The application has already been submitted. What steps should I take to rectify this?
The correct thing to do is for you to prepare and file correct application again and state the UAN of this incorrect application on that application. You will have to pay both the IHS and the Visa fees again, then once the correct application is decided UKVI will refund the IHS and the visa fees of the incorrect application. This process is called as the Variation application. The other option is to wait for the caseworker to ask for the payment of the difference in the fees, but there is a risk that your application may be refused or rejected as invalid. I have a query regarding the extension of a Skilled Worker visa for one of my employees. The employee was originally hired under the SOC code 2135 with a salary of £30,000 per annum two years ago. We are now in the process of renewing their visa, and I understand that the SOC code for their occupation has been updated to 2133, which has a new salary requirement of Lower going rate of £39,300. However, I’ve read that if the first certificate of sponsorship was issued before 4 April 2024, the salary requirements for an extension might allow for a lower threshold. Could you please confirm if I can extend the employee’s visa under the current salary of £30,000, or if we need to increase the salary to £39,300 in line with the new SOC code requirements?
For the SOC 2133, you will have to pay at least the lower going rate of 39300 for a 37.5 hour working week

Hi , i had to stay out of UK for more than 200 days. As i went to India for my delivery and could not fly back due to fracture. Sir, my graduate visa expired on 30st August. I delayed my application to last day as my resit results were not out. While applying on 30th August I had technical difficulties and my graduate visa application was submitted on 12:13 am august 31st. If there was any system issue with the UKVI systems, then the caseworker may exercise discretion and accept it as an in-time application, you can upload a Covering letter explaining this problem. However, if there was no such issue with the UKVI systems, then it may be treated as an out of time application.

I am currently doing the application for my husband’s spouse visa to enter the uk and join me. I work as a salaried income my basic fixed salary is 26,500 however I occasionally do overtime and when calculating the overtime pay (using add then divide by 6 then multiply by 12) and then adding it to my yearly salary I get £29,300 - which is more than the 29,000 required. I need help with answering the following application question: what do they (me - sponsor) earn? -the same amount continuously, below the financial requirements -the same amount continuously, above the financial requirement - I do not know which one to pick (as my salary is only 26,500) however my overtime will cover the difference.
