The 60 Seconds warm up has been an excellent resource for focus, honing tone and right and left hand technique. It was given me a regular starting place with each practice session.

This is a very welcome warm-up and extremely helpful in getting the right hand used to the thumb inside tradition, which is tricky for classical guitar players to adopt for the lute. I use them every day and find the 60 seconds duration make them very approachable and highly effective - Thank you

I usually play a couple of exercises for the right hand, a couple for the left hand and one or two from the last section. I take my time doing this but that’s OK. I’m enjoying the process and it’s helping me. The chords are easier to hit and the melodies are popping out in a way they never did! Elizabeth, thank you for putting this material together. I really like the way it’s organized with the sections, comments and videos. It’s clear you put a lot of thought into creating this and I’ll be using it for a long time.

These structured exercises are the perfect warm-up! I love the structured progression. Have only been doing them for a week and already see a difference in my playing!

These are great exercises! They really target many of the issues that are problematic for the lute. These are much needed and much welcome.

This is an essential set of exercises and tips that will help everyone from the beginner onwards - if only I had started every practice session over the last 20 years with 60 secs of Liz's warm-ups, I would be twice the player I am today! Highly recommended!

I bought this the minute I saw it . I have been an admirer of Liz ‘s digitally savvy and expert friendly early musical teaching output since I started playing lutes in 2019. And yay😊this was what I felt I needed all that time. I am naturally a ‘rusher ‘ and it is the bite sized practice warm up that I need. I can listen hard over that kind 5 min frame of time. It is also mostly enticingly melodic in its own right. Golden nuggets indeed! I do recommend buying into this indispensable resource. £25 will have never been better spent ! I already notice improvement in 2 weeks.
