It's all really about habits in changing them in your day to day. Yup way more water, tea comes in caffeine and decaf so you could try warm water with tea for flavor if you get bored of water, you can have black coffee even though that it's boring, lol. And keep away from all sauces if you can, make your own gravy, (you can control what you put into it.) Things like that. I enjoy the light show from the van every time! 👍 Keep up the good work 😁

Blood pressure , I still make it great drone footage, it's a bonus watching your channel, I get to see AWAand Wynston twice a week, and I get to seeBrock twice a week a bonus for me, by the way my minivan, cluttered worst than yours, but next week pulling everything out and going to use some tips, from Queen of Clean ❤
