Great information thanks
He doesn't even believe on BS! Never heard so much drivel in all my years. How was it during the Dinosaur era?
Bovaer, is this ok for human consumption. Milk dairy meat. ?
They have been planning this along while. This video is 11 months old. One like. Goodness gracious me. 😅😅
Utter nonsense. No such thing as global warming, just rich folk getting richer in the name of it. We see through you
Your talking absolute rot, global warming doesn't exist, it's just the normal cycle
Yet more sponsored spin to enable the financial control of everything
Ive just watch a farmer exolain the reality behind this profit driven scam. You should all be ashamed of yourselve. The cows are NOT a problem
Thank you
is "climate change" just added into the intro of every dairy research seminar now?
🤪 Promo>SM
Who funded this research? Why does the guy doing the question and answer session have a large picture of dairy cows behind him?. Did the meat and dairy industry fund this research? Anď how much is a 'serving' of milk. When entioning a serving of nuts, the quantity ( in grams) is quoted. But my biggest problem is that this research overturns a massive body of quality research by well respected institutes and researchers.
Thanks for this great Information
😠 *Promo SM*!!!
All I know is that at the age of 63 I am now unable to have dairy without becoming itchy from head to toe. It took a while to figure out what the problem was because I've used dairy all my life. Canada even put cream in my coffee anymore
Are the graphs available for the absolute macro-nutrient amounts (grammes or kcal), against health/mortality?
Thank you. There is an obvious health improvement trend with the reduction in carbohydrate, even though it was claimed it was flat-lining. More obvious is the health benefits had not plateaued at the highest fat intakes. It would be beneficial to find which intakes yield optimal insulin/IGF-1 levels for instance.
Have only had time to watch the introduction and then from minute 30. Firstly, Mike von M (apologies, have to get beck to work - will research your correct name later) What I heard from minute 30 onwards, is obviously weel thought out, I must only point out that as much as dairy farmers should be considered at the top of the respect pile of humans as, lived on a dairy farm for many months, intermittently during grade 7 and 8 - which, because of my age, meant only 30 odd milking cows and no vacations possible for Mr. Rozon as his two boys had decided that farming was not for them and were off to college or working elsewhere. Even when one didn't have to milk the cows, they still had to be fed - in those days, all cows and calves actually saw natural sunlight as they were let out during the day, unless it was a really cold one which does happen in Glengarry County (home of the Highland Games). I have gone on somewhat in order to point out that the chap on the upper left, Alejandro, if memory serves, was right on point, as all four Musketeers of knowledge were (in the segments I watched) except for one point of balance. This may be understandable, as they are scientists and not journalists (which I am not either BTW - am completely uneducated, dropped out in Grade 13) but personal experience, brought home to me over a decade ago in Hungary of all places, has shown me that the profit factor superredes the "caring about their cows" argument made by Alejandro. There were no streetlights in those days, it was post-Communist, a year or two, after Orban's first term if you want to know when more precisely, and as I was driving south of Szeged towards the town that my mother's parents had lived in, I could see lights on the horizon, from miles away! At first, I thought that it may be a sports event, but it seemed late for that, then some sort of industry or power station, but alas, I had no idea why that night and did not want to show up and ask, especially at that time of night. A few days later, I was underway in the same area, and being a decent hour, I stopped to ask because that is the kind of person I am. Turned out it was a dairy operation and the employees, and the owner's son, who being Dutch, spoke an excellent English, told me that the lights were kept on so late so that more milk could be extracted from the cows. This may very well be good science, but it completely negates the statement made near the end of the above video. Although, my butter (usually no-name or Lactancia - whatever is on sale, LOL) does seem to stay harder than it used to in my younger days - that could just be due to me not paying that much attention back then. I will state, however, that I had noticed a very perceptible "strengthening of butter" recently, as I have no time to keep it in water, and it seems easier to re-wrap than it used to be. In closing, I live very near many farms, some farmers continue to treat their cows morally, other can't afford to because of the size of their operations. Those operations are the ones with lights on till who knows what time - even during the summer. Either way, the above experience on the plains of Hungary was rather emotional for me, as I am very proud of so many aspects of my NL ancestry and even have a Dutch Paspoort because, although I was born in Montreal, my father stayed a landed immigrant, even though he never went back to live in Holland. This gave me the right to become a Dutch citizen as well, but only after living in Holland for a time, which I did. Draw you own conclusions, und vielen dank, Mike - Immer Gerade Aus (happen to speak way better German, that accent does not go over well when learning Dutch...) PS My father's NL family were seafarers, my mother's on the other hand were farmers in both Hungary and Transylvania (before The Treaty of Versailles) and she had her Doctorate in Agronomy, so I was raised with farming stories even though I have been continuing the enviro-ester foam manufacturing operation that she, óbesenyői Telbisz, Györgyi, founded, in 1963.
Soya and Corn oil producer do not like palm oil, because these oil just can not compete, yield per unit hectares
Notting is sustainable as long as human population keep on increasing, at least it yield is 10 times more than other vegetable fat. The South East Asian country can produce other oil, but their competitor still will find reason to demonise them.
Thank you Dr Christine on the explanation on the genomic selection
Thank you very much for your contributions. This really opened my eyes especially on pre weaning aspect of data collection for herd replacement
Good to see Mike Steeles input, I know he dyes his hair and beard, but I dont personally hold that against him.
Love the initiative to bring these informed speakers together - can't stress enough though that we don;t feed PALM OIL. we feed to cows that need it, palmitic, steric and oleic fatty acid blends to meet the cows and herds well defined and research nutritional needs.
The vid was very awesome. I have been trying to look for a UA-cam vid similar to yours that explains the ideas in this UA-cam vid. 👏Your explanation for sure is like the vids of Dr. Ethan. Doctor Ethan's videos are really insightful and I learned a lot for my finals! You should really see his channel out and give Dr Ethan a subscribe! 👉 #DrEthanUA-cam
