I love your videos and this buffet also looks stunning. The only thing which makes me, as someone from middle Europe, a bit sad is that European in Japan mostly means Mediterranean cuisine. Food from Italy, Spain, France, a bit of Greece and this time maybe the try of making something that reminds of Swedish meatballs. Don't get me wrong, the Japanese interpretations of European foods are awesome but northern European cou tries have awesome fish dishes too, in the middle of Europe you find Hungarian goulash, the best sweet dishes of the world are from Austria, Knödel, the potatoes or bread roll dumplings from the Czech republic and parts of Germany, Germany has a few thousand kinda of bread and an extremely big variety of sausages and meat dough products, Poland had awesome food..... I'm aware that this food is an interpretation of European food and it looks gorgeous and awesome and I bet it tastes awesome too but maybe some food from other areas of Europe might be good too 😊

For those prices of meat that would be double the price here in Norway so Japan has good deals and good quality of beef
