I used to have this condition, it's frustrating and itchy. I saw the dermatologist, he prescribed Ketoconazole shampoo, I started taking zinc 50mg along with a B-vitamin complex.

I watched a video today that a man had a barber shave his head with a straight razor and you should have seen the crust that scraped off after the hair was gone!!!!!!!

SEVERE is right! I have it but not like this. I use medicated Ketoconazole shampoo and it helps but the itching is crazy sometimes.

She has psoriasis. If you get relaxer, it gets worse, and it sinks. They have to wash their hair once a week. Mane n tail have dandruff shampoo that good. And Bonner Bros

I've seen plain ole Vaseline work wonders for irratation. and skin problems. MY daughter was using a cream that cost over 100 bucks in the drug store. The lady that came to give her baths and shampoo her hair told me to use Vaseline for her rash & bed sore. THE rash was gone one week, never came back. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I now use it everyday.
