Hi kumaresh. I want to first appreciate you for your ways of teaching and explanation about SAFe. I want to ask if you could help post lesson 3 and lesson 4 on your UA-cam channels. I am following the videos one after the other but found those lessons missing b4 the revision. In humbleness, I am pleasing if that could be on your videos section also. Thank you Emmanuel
Milestones that was there in the previous version has also been moved out? What’s your take on that?
Very well explained thank you

Nice explanation. Analogy to snowman and dinosaurs is definitely a useful aid in memorizing. The video has created a nice logical pictorial map in my mind. Breaking it down into team and program level is extremely useful as well to put roles into the right context. Thanks so much. Looking forward to more videos.
Excellent
In summary: SAFe redefines Scrum in a profound way vis a vis changing role accountability. SAFe no longer references the Scrum Guide in its material. Despite this intentional divergence, Scaled Agile continues to realize the marketing benefit of retaining the term "Scrum Master" (while no longer pointing to the Scrum Guide). Unlike Scrum, which is open and transparent about changes to the Scrum Guide, SAFe offers no such transparency regarding it's rationale for such decisions. Human are pretty clever and often gain clarity from intentional obfuscation.
I agree Kev. That is why I believe in the new version of SAFe (6.0), they changed from "Scurm" to "SAFe Scrum"
