Fate is actually a part of Royce City ISD, not Rockwall. Depending on where you live, you can attend schools in Rockwall ISD. Also the boating community and lake is in Rockwall not Fate. I’ve been here for four years and it has grown tremendously.

Can people from another country shift to your housing society and live there?

If you're thinking of buying a DR Horton home just walk away....far away. If you don't want to do that at least hire an independent inspector, definitely not one recommended by the builder or realtor, who is known for their thoroughness. Don't sign anything until DR Horton fixes everything. There isn't any excuse considering how much they charge for their homes and building quality homes isn't rocket science.
