Preparation:
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Focus on your breath. Notice the rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale. Allow your breath to become slow and steady.
As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following Ho'oponopono phrases slowly and with feeling.
