Hey! I work as a LPN in MB - The starting wage per MNU (Manitoba nurses union in the WRHA - MNU outlines different wages per different health authority) is $28.83 & up to $38.11 depending where you are on the pay scale + shift & weekend premiums (I don’t remember evening premium but night shift is $3.5/hour & weekend is $8/hour & they stack those premiums)but, I know some private employers pay less though. I do travel nursing within MB too & it’s around $46-$48 per hour + mileage & travel time but it does depend what agency you’re with & what health authority you’re going to work in. & from what I hear - MB has the biggest scope of practice for LPN’s compared to the other provinces.
