Mirror bthe plastic flexibilisation points (where you hang the lid), so that you can attach the lid directly from the other side for double-sided soldering/plumbing without having to turn the sliding plate individually. It should be possible to guide the cover onto the PCB evenly from all sides. This means there is no risk of components standing up. This is a huge problem with pin headers, for example. So I thought about building an LED tester using a flip flop circuit where you only touch the leads to the pads and the circuit would flip the positive/negative back and forth, just to show that the LED works or doesn't. Then, I came across this video only to REMEMBER that a while back, I bought one of this tweezer things. LOL Sigh... the memory is the 1st thing to go. You DO NOT want to know what the 2nd thing is. LOL 👍😅😂🤣

Excellent! I recently purchased a PCB assembly frame PCSA-2. It is an excellent product which can hold mutiple PCBs firmly while being populated with components. There is an antistatic foam cover which clips into place to hold the components while the frame is rotated to allow soldering. I would thoroughly recommend both the product and the company.

these are simply excellent! the quality is en par or better than a lot of brush pens, that are sold as art supplies for 3-10 times the price. they dont leak, are easier to disassemble and clean. but for my life i can not figure out how the black ring is supposed to work. it just prevents the pen from screwing together, so it would leak. PS: before first use, take out the brush tip itself, let it soak in water for a bit, and wash it thoroughly. otherwise the glue they are soaked with will take forever to come out, and they just dont work as well as they could.

is the max height of the pcsa-1 and pcsa 2 really only 220mm on two 104mm boards? it looks bigger than that in all vids/pics I see
