Berimbolos are great. They look great and give you the back from unlikely positions. Definitely got to get these strong

90% of the time I want to practice those guards I end up tripod sweeping instead. Just so much easier especially against beginners.

Si funciona, lo he probado el hecho de abrazar la pierna desestabiliza mucho, eso si tomar la espalda es mas complicado en nogi pero se puede simplemente raspar

I honestly think that students should learn the No-Gi version of Berimbolo 1st, because it's easier to undestand, and if u can get this down, it'll be easier to start using it in a gi match.

negao azul That day will never come for any of the major open guard sweeps in bjj because it is neutralized by strikes but that doesn't mean they aren't viable grappling techniques

He "almost" did it. The focal point is almost. But the finish was even more impressive, making C.Mc Gregor jump out of his seat.

Check out Marcin Held's fights. Bellator and I believe he pulls it off a few times. He always goes for the leglocks but I'm pretty sure he got some sweeps doing that technique, or at least a very similar one.

if you are playing delaheva correctly its possible. you might have to avoid an off balance punch or eat it but you are taking the back so well worth it.
