You can get the brewers test beers at the bar in the Dunedin brewery and it’s always something very interesting. I was lucky enough to tour the place when I took the country’s first polytech brewing course and Richard Emerson is one of the best brewers you’ll find, clearly has so much passion for the craft

Thanks for making a video about grodziskie. I lived in Warsaw for a bit (2014-2015) and hunted these beers down. I eventually tried two different versions by Browar Pinta. The first time drinking one was a mindfuck. 😅 The beer was highly effervescent, but smelled and tasted like smoked ham. It was lightly tart, not sour, and very light. I moved back to California in 2015 and haven't found a good grodziskie since (New Belgium's Lips of Faith Gratzer was horrible).

This is getting big. NZ pies could be and should be exported to like the USA. A kiwi pie shop could be one of the biggies like KFC or McDonald's and even further understanding, recognition and acknowledgement of NZ in the USA
