Does Chevening really prefer cources and majors to another? I'm planning to study literature as i am graduated from english department, but some adviced me not to because literature is something common and they look for specific majors like politcs, public health, environment...etc Is that true? Although i have a clear study and career plan in my head.

What if my achievements are on a very small scale. I am an introvert, and all my network skills are very few and my expertise too. I am just a teacher unlike all the other majors out there applying i feel too small next to them and their achievments. Most of them are doctors, engineers, etc. I feel so discouraged. My achievements are all about courses and teamwork at schools

hi, Cynthia thanks a lot for your useful video. I really enjoy them and learn. in the Chevening portal for 2025/2026 there isn't any English test requirement, but in your video English test is necessary. Which one is correct? actually, I know for unconditional admission from uni I need an English test. thanks a lot for your response
