Just one of many stories from those who have successfully quit smoking using vaping products as an alternative.
CoilCraft Tutorial - Basic Slentre Braid

Thanks to William Bridges for this one. To clarify - each loop that is transferred goes over the core. One strand goes over and one strand goes under, this can also be varied by choosing every other loop to go over the core, by going over a core and twisting the loop to go over a second core, or by weaving loops through multiple cores.
Amazing :)
The good news is that people who quit smoking in or their 30s have a significant chance of reversing most of the damage inflicted by cigarettes if they quit. The chance of developing cancer related to smoking later in life will also be severely diminished.
so seeing how wide ut is how would u install in
Thick wires were used for demonstration purposes, in reality you would use something like 36 gauge wire for the loops.
great job explaining
im trying to make a slentre baidator where the wires aren't criss-crossed but flat and straight across...can get it close but not quite right. any suggestions?
Leila Masi bring the transfer loop through the other two loops
so lefs say you bring from left to right, the 2 wires or the same strand go over, then from right to left, the 2 wires of the same strand go under?
If you are referring to the wires and the core then the two strands straddle the core from either direction.
thanks for the tutorial brother! #CoilCraft4Life
