In this video, key excerpts collected from various works describe the Holy Sage of Arunachala Sri Ramana Maharishi's opinion on food and how it affects our body and mind. I've followed up in a few places with some of my best-effort interpretation for the viewer's convenience. I plan to expand on this video series describing various aspects of the life of Sri Ramana Maharishi and other great sai...
isn't his name ramana maharshi not maharishi?

I really enjoyed your insights in this video. I look forward to the next one. :)
Thank you.
Swami Vivekanand and many other masters speak of changing ones destiny. How can we explain both the aspects together I.e. no free will and change of destiny by sheer will.
Because both of them are true at the same time, even though they are complete opposites. This fact alone repeats along many various aspects, for example you exist and don't exist at the same time. I know this might be hard to grasp, but it is true in every shape or form. Funnily though, the spiritual world seems to have a failsafe, as in, even if you get to the point where you can manifest everything you want by sheer will, when you get there you won't desire anything anymore and will just flow with the universe itself.
"...changing one's destiny", whose destiny, is there an Individual self ? Find out ?
Thank you🌼🌼
Gist of today's video. Satvic food is good for meditation and fasting of mind from thoughts by observing thoughts is better than absolutely avoiding food as it doesn't allow concentration.
